Best experience ever

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The experience I had was amazing from the first moment. Checking-in at the lounge, Menna went above and beyond to make every detail of my stay more than perfect! She is knowledgeable, very courteous and extremely welcoming. Huge thank you to Menna.
Also a huge thanks to Mr. Tamer from event reservations, and Mr. Mostafa from The Grill restaurant: they made every effort to make my very special night very memorizable with attention to every detail and hospitality. The friendly and extremely professional staff are a reason that I will absolutely return to the hotel and restaurant every time I visit Cairo.
A big thank you to all the team, you are the reason members like me stay loyal to the brand.

The worst InterContinental hotel in the world

Confidently I can tell that this hotel should not be an InterContinental Hotel, It is the worst globally, it should not take more than 2 stars,
Unfortunately I have a good memories at this property and I used to stay for the Nile views since 2015, for the 2nd year in row service quality is getting much worse.
To expect before you make your decision:
Room will not be clean
Shower is designed for kids only
Toilet is disastrous
They have a very nice restaurant, Night and Day, The tables are not clean since previous customers and the staff are astonishingly denying why you are asking for a clean table
There is no recognition for IHG reward members
Only the front desk is the professional there and they are handcuffed and are not able to help

It is a good hotel but you need to ask for your rights

The first room given to me was on the 24th floor and was old. A/C had noisy sound. Moreover the toilet floor was wet all the time without knowing the source. I called the manager Mr. Mishail I guess who was talking to me like nothing is happened and even without even being sorry. He just rudely said to me we will change the room for you no more than that.

Nevertheless, my deep appreciation and thanks is to Ms. Nermine Nabil who really showed a very good example of being professional in dealing with my case. Thank you Nermine as you are setting a very good example of management. I wish you the best in your career

I am one of your loyal guests IHG Platinum member and this

This is the worst experience for me in this hotel as the bed is very old as I didn’t sleep well and the housekeeping they are not provide us the supply ( shampoo, soap, tea, coffee and water) !!!
Also the room service they spend more than 30 minutes to bring ice glass

Also, I need you to know this is worst experience I have ever faced in a five stars hotel.

I am expecting to see a good action from your side.

‎‏I want to send many thanks to Ms. Nevin Farouk Front Office Manager Semiramis InterContinental And also Nermine Nabil Gust Relations Manager and Mahmoud Omar Club Intercontinental Supervisor and Monica from Club Lounge for all of their efforts that let’s Me and my Family be happy for her welcome and upgraded My room to suite and it was a big suite Nile view in the best and beautiful location in the hotel . I was happy in my stay. the moment I arrive the staff take care and welcome. The room was very nice and I had a beautiful Nile view. I have my dinner at ( the grill at 3rd Floor it was amazing food and beverage ,The best was the club lounge , very nice food and drinks and great breakfast again friendly staff. will definitely stay in the Hotel for my next trip Well done.
