While the Hotel is very clean and modern with fantastic rooms and restaurants , the staff is what sets this apart from other hotels I have stayed in. Cindy at the bell desk keeps so busy but is always cheerful and helpful, as you come and go,,helping receive packages and making sure you know where you are going when you leave in a taxi
Miranda on the business floor with Crystal and Queenie made us feel like this was our home office and provided us great service with printing documents and serving beverages and snacks. I was personally greeted by all the management the day after I arrived and given cards with everyone's cell phone number in case there were any inconveniences. Kitty, Daisy and Michelle made me feel so special. Whenever I stay in Nanjing, this is the only place I would stay. Even though I spent a month on business here ,I would love to bring my family, on vacation, to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.
Even though our project in China was so stressful, It was great to come back at the end of the day and feel so at home!!!!

房间可以看到市景和玄武湖，设施、服务都挺不错。离开酒店之后有客服打电话回访，我提到了浴巾少了一条和没有欢迎饮料。其实我也没有太在意，没想到酒店还挺重视，后来又打电话来，有点小感动

之前经常入驻南京的皇冠假日酒店，对那里的服务实在不敢恭维，所以这次抱着试试看的态度入驻了洲际酒店，没想到远远出乎我的意料。服务很周到，细心！让人有回家的感觉！

窗景很好，不过不是面朝玄武湖。
总体还好，就是通过APPS预定不能享受公司协议价。
其他挺好。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

非常满意的住宿,豪华间升级到超豪华,视野非常好.也很宽敞,设施齐备,下次还会来.对ra待遇很感兴趣,想要努力达到ra级别

结账的效率有待提高，当时已经告诉服务员特别赶时间了，还向我询问是否愿意捐款等，另外送的欢迎水果尽可能新鲜一点，这个对于五星级的酒店并不是很难

夜里不安静 声音太吵，匆忙住宿，对其他服务设施没时间来体验，下次去的时候再来体验。停车还可以，转楼层挺麻烦的，不过可以接受。早餐一般，整体质量还是有待提高，毕竟中式的花样还是太少，西餐不习惯，与其多种，不如几种做的优势点，南京的特产早餐很少！

住在66层 电梯很高科技
房间里的Wi-Fi速度很快 床头就有插座 充电方便

还行吧，住了三个晚上，主要是入住的时候，酒店门口在施工，噪声很大！早餐的种类太少了!服务态度还是不错的，很热情，很亲切。
