Thank you Fatin at reception for making my stay easy and comfortable. It helps plenty when reception make the effort to ensure the guest is feeling comfortable so my next stay biscuits for you from England.
Room was spacious and clean with close proximity to amenities.

This hotel has maintained its standards.
My room was upgraded at checkin and I was given complimentary breakfast (perk of being an IHG Diamond member)
Housekeeping and breakfast was good .
Rooms are spacious and finishes are good.
I will highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back

Very old furniture, dirty suites, bathrooms and kitchen those doesn’t reflect the real intercontinental level and my impact it’s image and reputation. all should be renovated to latest and modern style. Cleaning also have a big issue
