Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the Concierge Team.
Rooms are in need of refurbishment.

Right in the hub of downtown Santiago, this hotel was ideal for us for many reasons. The service was friendly and quick, the food in the main Italian restaurant was exceptional and our room was bright and welcoming.
The bed was comfortable and deep but the air conditioning was not working so we had sleepless nights topped with jet lag. The walls were paper thin so we also heard our neighbours constantly as if they were in the same room.
Generally it was a great experience and I would go back provided my aircon was working and I had a sound proof room.

Nice hotel, great location

I was expecting more. The room was spacious, great bed but in general everything looked outdated. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Elegí una escapada de tres días a Santiago con mi mujer para festejar nuestro aniversario. La pasamos super bien en el hotel, nos trataron muy bien y pudimos descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones!!!

Great service, good value

Excellent staff, excellent food. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in good condition, but the common areas on the room floors seemed a bit worn, and the door handles on my closet nearly came off.

Other than these minor issues, a good stay; I would not hesitate to return.

Great stay

I booked this a the last minute for a very quick business trip. At the end of a very long day I was pleasantly welcomed to the hotel and had a comfortable night before having to hit the sales trail again the following morning.
