In case of cancellation, an administrative fee of €30 per booking will be applied in addition to the cancellation charges. Cancellation requests will be handled within 30 days. Special Covid-19 policy: • In the case of cancellation due to the French government closing the French borders, guests can choose to receive a refund or a credit for the booking amount. • In the case of cancellation due to the French government restricting travel from the guest’s country or region, guests can choose to receive a refund or a credit for the booking amount. • If the guest’s foreign government forbids its citizens to travel, advises against travelling or imposes a quarantine, the guest can choose to receive a refund or a credit for the booking amount. • If the guest tests positive for Covid-19 less than 72 hours before arrival, the guest can choose to receive a refund or a credit for the booking amount. In this case, the guest must send proof of the positive result under their name. If several rooms were booked, the refund or credit is only applicable for the room of the guest who tests positive. • The names and passports of each guest are required at booking. If they’re not provided, cancellation will not be possible in the event of a positive test.
