I was in Augusta for medical test at the hospital. Was comfortable when in my room.

I was greeted pleasantly and check-in was fine. But on arrival to the room found that the desk chair seat cushion was shredded. I was given a key to an unoccupied room to exchange the chair but found that chair in the same condition. The desk clerk didn't know what to do so I help myself to a lobby chair for my stay.
The lighting in the room was inadequate, The bathroom was dirty, (others hair, slimy soap dish). The kitchen was under supplied of utensils. My coffee table was a small night stand. There was nowhere to sit and eat. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. It was quiet. Parking is tight.

Spacious rooms and the quality of construction was exceptionally well. External and hallway noises minimal.
