Disappointed in hotel

Upon check-in was told no evening social. They have been canceled since covid. Stated owner doesnt want to spend the money. Web site indicates still available.

Morning breakfast prep was very slow. Meat and pancakes were empty for 5 minutes.

Management knocking on door early in morning checking to see if was in room. The computer showed room empty.

Upon check out was 2 charges on bill. This was reward stay. When questioned they were only holds; however, this was not cause both chargers hit credit card. Used credit card company to reverse.

Good location, Low hospitality

We went to Denver for an one week trip, I picked the Staybridge downtown to be close to the city attractions, most of them are in a walking distance. During the whole stay we had a feeling that the hotel staff was a kind of annoyed and not really happy to work there. Furthermore I received two parking tickets for parking at the public parking lot as I got told and charged by the Staybridge Hotel.

Barking Dogs

Several nights of barking dogs. Asked to speak with the manager. After logging a complaint the following week I finally got a call back. They offered to refund my 26,000 points for the night. To date, nothing done.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing special. We enjoyed the grab and go breakfast and appreciate that they switched it up every morning. The staff were friendly, however weren’t able to give us any recommendations for things around the area. We asked about close rental cars and they had no clue what was around, and we asked about food recommendations and still weren’t able to give us much information. The shower pressure in our room was awful. The water would stay hot and at full pressure for about two minutes before it would get very low and cold, it would basically just be dripping water. The room was clean and the kitchen was handy. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, we slept better with no pillows. The hallways constantly smelled. Overall, the hotel was average and you get what you pay for.

Horrible manager, spacious room

The manager responsible for our check-in process was less than welcoming. Megan was unwilling to resolve check-in in issues, due to their system. She literally, all but told us to go else where. She was rude and her unwillingness to listen was disheartening. By far the worst customer service I've ever received at a hotel.
The room was spacious. The beds slept well.
The water was lukewarm and that was problematic.
Breakfast & kitchen staff were stellar.

Ok Hotel

My overall experience was Ok. I was not impressed with the staff at all. Three of the four nights I stayed, I was up between 3-5am because of all the noise people were making in the hallway. Sunday morning I received a wake-up call at 6am which I didn't ask for. I couldn't hear anything the woman was saying and then she just hung up. No apology or anything. What happened Monday morning was the most disturbing thing I've ever had to deal with. I go downstairs at 5am to check out and the girl working couldn't even do so because she was drunk. Her appearance and smell was pretty nasty. Since she couldn't help me I walked away, which she followed me. She got in my face and was asking me all these stupid questions. Once again I walked away, actually outside while it was snowing and again she followed me. This time she threatened to beat me up and steal my money. After I told her multiple times to leave me alone and go back inside she finally did. I called and spoke with the manager later that day and I hope he took this situation serious. I will NEVER stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
