Filthy and dirty public areas as well as outside. weeds and trash outside, elevator dirty, room had crumbs in bed and utensil holder.

Have stayed here many times as we have a son at NDSU. Have loved everything about it and it has been our go to place to stay in Fargo. Well, not any more! Stayed one night 1/4/2020 and everything was great as usual. I even commented to the person at front desk about how we liked it. After checking my credit card account, found that they were charging an extra $161.25 to clean room for smoke damage! Neither of us have ever used cigarettes! Someone was smoking in the room after we left! After many calls, some not returned, and too much arguing, they finally agreed to reverse the charges. Very poor customer service and management. You have lost our trust and we canceled a reservation for the following Monday. Disappointing☹️

Hotel was clean, nice breakfast and social. Liked pool, sauna, and hot tub. Was noisy in the hall outside my room so i got woken up often, but the bed was comfortable and internet reliable.
