Great Hotel/ Dirty Room

The hotel cups had lip stains and the sofa seemed to have bugs that bit my sons arms. Overall makes you feel homey.

We are in Nashville every couple of weeks. This is one of our favorite places to stay. Not downtown, but just an Uber away and will also shuttle down at times.

Great patio and grilling area with a firepit.

Multiple issues

Reserved a 2 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and 1 king. Got to our room and it had 1 queen and 1 king. I provided my confirmation email to the front desk but there weren't any available. Our room had one shower that didn't work at all and the other that leaked over the entire bathroom floor. At 11 pm they "suddenly" had the actual room that I'd reserved so we switched.The second room had no supplies in one bathroom and only partial supplies in the other. Each morning the complimentary breakfast ran out of hot food early and lines were too long to wait in. The light switches required a key card to turn on and house keeping is only provided every 4 days. There was a $32 a night charge to park and on the 3rd morning I came out to paint dripped on my vehicle from the ceiling of the parking garage. I made multiple attempts to speak with management both in person and over the phone and never received a response. I paid full price for services that were not only not provided but will cost me more money!

Great friendly staff!

I wanted to reach out and thank you for the wonderful service we received during our difficult stay at your hotel during a medical emergency in the family. I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else! Close and convenience to TriStar Centennial was wonderful but your staff is what really stood out! We were always greeted by the friendly staff - front desk (especially Shawn), bartenders, breakfast servers (who always had a smile on their face and a good morning greeting), maintenance, security, housekeeping. With such a long stay, everyone always asked how we were holding up, how our family member was and so fourth. Thanks for caring and being so accommodating!
