I booked this room using my points which should matter as I obviously have spent a lot of money in past days in order to earn the points that I’m using. They put me in the crabbiest room where door knobs were broke off the stripping on the floor was missing the room itself was just absolutely dirty. I was actually really shocked that any of the rooms at a Staybridge would look like this. To say that I’m disappointed is a major understatement.

Stayed for four days over a wedding and have stayed at numerous IHG properties around the nation. Staff was awesome (FD, housekeeping, breakfast), very comfortable spot with good location

Toni at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. This hotel could use some up keep. The first room we went into had what looked like someone played darts with a knife in the wall. Then the second room we went to the backsplash in the kitchen area looked to have had water damage and was pulling away from the wall. The shower floors in both showers were pitted up. The bedding was clean and comfortable. They did have a nice outside recreation space.
Nice hotel and room but the staff is a headache

I stayed here for 5 nights. I reserved the 5 night package online and was under the impression that I pay the full amount when I check out. Day 2, I check my bank statement and they take money out of my account. I talk to the front desk about it, the first guy couldn't give me an answer, the 2nd employee told me it was just a fee to make sure I have sufficient funds and I would get it back. I said Ok because that's what some hotels do, I guess; but on the 2nd day? Anyways, the day I check out, the lady tells me she will charge my card of the full amount. She hands me my card back along with the receipt of the full amount. I look at my bank statement a couple hours later, and they charge me the wrong amount. I said ok maybe they will charge me the rest later. Well, they did a couple days later, but the FULL AMOUNT. So they basically charged my account almost double of my package amount. I call them and they said I would get this back. I call the GM of this place and naturally I am upset, and he acts as if I shouldn't be because in his words, "I don't get how this works" then continues to get upset because Im upset and hangs up. The guy is unbearably unprofessional and was a complete child because a customer was upset and can't handle heat plain and simple. I got the money back but this should not have happened in the first place. Absolutely no one took any accountablity and acted as if this is a normal thing that happens. Complete incompetence by every staff member. Do not stay here if you don't want headaches
