Staybridge Quincy

No welcome amenity points awarded on arrival (for my 7 night stay) and still waiting for the reward points to be credited for my stay. On check out the receptionist explained she couldn’t check me out as she had no computer access….which is ok but did no computer access also prevent her from thanking me for my stay and wishing me a safe onward journey? Common courtesy for a customer goes a long way….yet it was beyond the wit of this receptionist. We are the customers…you are the staff….please TRY and make us feel welcome.

7 nights stay and they cleaned my room once! That’s what being Diamond Elite gets you I guess., If I wasn’t Diamond Elite perhaps they wouldn’t have cleaned it at all!

Reasonable hotel but staff just seem to go through the motions…like they are doing US a favour…whereas they should be working hard to make guests feel special?

I usually stay up in Quincy once a year for a weekend out of leisure and every single time I am never disappointed between the staff the hotel itself this comment alone should tell you enough “they don’t even have a pool “but SO WHAT ,this hotel is well worth it hands down , think about that! I recommend this property to anybody!!

Room service / cleanliness is in Covid pandemic mode at pre-pandemic prizes.

Front desk clerk checked out a wrong room number (327 instead of 237) when I check out a day early.

Disappointed with room size, parking, etc.

I recently stayed at the Staybridge in Quincy, MA
The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. But I do want to mention the stay itself was disappointing for the following reasons:

1) room was so small, I asked for a room for 3 and we were turning into each other all the time in the small room.
2) when we went to pull out the couch it would not open because of the register under window, so we had to move couch and put end table near wall to get it to open.
3) once the pull out was open, there was no bedding found in room. We needed to go down to front desk
4) ice machine on fourth floor nor working so I went to third floor not working so I went to front desk and asked for ice. Front desk did not know where ice was so said manager would bring up with bedding. When bedding arrived no ice bucket so I went back down with manager to get bucket and ice
5) when we returned from dinner, there was no parking so we went inside to find out we needed to park at stop and shop. In all my years of going to hotels I have not ever needed to park in a grocery store lot.

Needless to say I will not visit this staybridge again. Not because of the staff, they were lovely but probably the upper level designers who didn't plan well.

I do like the normal staybridge experience, this was not that.
