The best hotel I’ve stayed in for years. The staff is polite and accommodating. Food is well above average. Entire hotel is very clean. I highly recommend this place.
Unauthorized charges, was lied to, manager took zero responsibility.

I booked a room through the Hotel Tonight app which clearly stated this hotel had no pet fee. When I arrived to the property to check in, the front desk clerk informed me they usually do have a pet fee of $75 but since the site said no fee, he would not be charging me. After checking out I noticed a charge on my card for 81.75. I called the hotel to find out what the charge was for and they informed me I was charged the pet fee. I told them what had happened and I was forwarded to the voicemail of the general manager. I waited another day and received no follow up so I decided to call back again. I left another message for the GM and was finally called back 3 days later. The manager told me she would not be removing the fee, despite the fact that I was told by a member of her staff I would not be charged this fee. She refused to take any responsibility for this situation and refused to remove the charge. I would have gladly stayed at another hotel that did not charge a pet fee as the fee was basically the same price as the room for one night. The fact she took 3 days to even call me back after my following up twice is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Loved with 1 big exception an essential!

Great location, comfortable beds, clean hotel.Try staying there with family consisting of children and having little to no water pressure in your room to shower for 1 night/ and next morning considering all factors in life. No accommodations by hotel
