Terrible customer service

I have been an IHG member for over 10 years worst customer service I’ve ever experienced was at this hotel front desk refused to give me an invoice for my check out they charged me as much as a hold on my credit card as I paid for the room it’s been five days now still have a hold on my credit card the lady at the front desk is extremely rude. When I got to my room the cleaning people left dirty rags and bottles of cleaning supplies in the room. When I mentioned this I was told that someone would be right up to retrieve them when I checked out they were still there. Again very poor customer service.

ANTS!!!!

I had reserved a 2 room suite weeks in advance. Upon arrival in my room, we noticed the bathtub was dirty, the floors hadn’t been swept, there was hair in the sink, and there were ants in the bed. I went down to the front desk and I was simply offered a studio room. When I walked into the studio room, I found ants all over the kitchen sink. When I went down to the front desk and asked for a full refund because we weren’t staying there, I was told I would need to call back in the morning. I’ve been a loyalty member for years, and this was the worst hotel and experience I’ve had.

I had an amazing stay!
Staff is genuinely friendly and very helpful. I loved the hotel! Rooms are clean and modern, 5 star staff, full hot breakfast, social hour (happy hour), and more! Highly recommended!

A junk filled stay ! Very Unpleasant and disappointing

My family checked in on a Saturday evening after a day of travel and of course the first thing you do is go relieve yourself. The toilet began overflowing. I called down to guest service about the issue and told that a plunder would be at the desk for us. We had only been in the hotel for five minutes. Our whole stay was filled with an overflowing toilet that had to be plunder with every use. Twin 8 year old's and a pregnant woman. My guy was disguised with having to get up through the night to be a plumber for the property. I reported the issue the next morning again around 8:50am to be told that the engineer would have to clock in first to come fix the issue and the the supervisor would be in at 2pm to call me about the issue. By this time I was upset with the property. Upon check out, the front desk personnel apologized again about the issue but also stated that the engineer blew off the complaint about the toilet. Which means he probably knew about this before I checked in. The toilet been needing repair. I never received a call from the supervisor. So I gave the benefit of the doubt that I would be called on Monday. No I was not, I called the property and was told that the supervisor would be out of office for three days and that the general manager would call me back. The front desk personnel called me shortly after to say that the supervisor call the property for a different matter but she told her about the issue and the resolution was another sorry and that because I was a member that I could get 1,000 points for the inconvenience. That is 19,000 points shy of even getting a studio room discounted for 60/night. My voice told it all because the personnel asked when I reported the issue and I stated upon check in and getting to the room so she increased it to 3,0000 points and told to give them another chance. Whoop dee doo! I have stayed at a lot of Staybridge suites and this one is by far the worst ever! I typically brag about their hotel chain but now I cant anymore because what if that same person I brag to visit this property and have to deal with the "junk" literally, that I had to deal with.
