I arrived after check-in time only to find out that my room was not ready. Was told it would be about 15 minutes, ended up being nearly an hour. Totally unacceptable.

The entire hotel was clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only negative input was that the smoke detector light is too bright in the bedroom - it made it challenging to sleep.

I spend the week in a different hotel and city 48 weeks a year. This Staybridge Suites has the best of everything. It is hands down my best hotel experience this year.
