Outstanding Choice When In Phoenix

We were able to spend a few days at the Staybridge Suites in Gilbert and had an excellent time. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to answer questions and help with anything we needed. The hotel is in an excellent location with a grocery store, an excellent restaurant (Farmer Boys), and Starbuck's all within walking distance. We look forward to returning to Gilbert in the future and staying at Staybridge again.

Overall this place was very clean. Unfortunately the General Manager Elijah was less then impressive. I wouldn’t stay here again, the staff was friendly outside of Eli. Eli obviously has let his title go to his head. Asking for the Owners contact information to follow up is to much I guess because Eli hung up on me. All I want is a call from his manager.

This property is just plain beautiful. You can tell the Staff and Maintenance are very dedicated to keeping this property always looking sharp. All the Staff I dealt with were smart and quick with answers. James, Jan, Fernie, Elijah, Amanda Karol...
Had a wonderful 3 days there and the two buildings side by side make it look like a resort area with secluded pool and fire pit area. Felt very safe in the evenings.
