DO NOT STAY HERE! I wish I would have listened to the other negative reviews. This hotel is unclean and the staff is terrible. There were very questionable stains and grime on the walls, floor and beds. We didn't even stay the night and hotel management refused to issue a refund. This hotel is terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I don't normally write reviews but do heavily rely on them when booking our travel accommodations. This property truly stood out amongst the rest.
The outside property looked very well kept, clean and updated. The front desk was very polite and welcomed us immediately. In the front lobby, there are individually wrapped M&M cookies that are complimentary for all guests. They are very large and tasted great!
Rooms were very impressive I must say as we are frequent travelers and for a property to impress us speaks volume. The room had a full size refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher & full kitchen. There was a nice size couch, desk, large bathroom with sink in separate area, large closet and a swivel tv that you could watch from the couch or bed. We were on the 4th floor, which we requested. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
Pool & hot tub was available at limited capacity, fitness center had multiple machines, weights and there was a large space to work out. We were pleasantly surprised to have a hot breakfast served by the staff of scrambled eggs, sausage links and potatoes. Also available which you could help to yourself were granola bars, fruit, yogurt, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee & muffins. We went back for seconds and staff was very polite and accommodating. They do have evening socials on Mon-Thursday but we stayed on a Friday night so didn't get to experience it.
Location was near restaurants, bars, shopping and a major highway. This was a top notch property with a reasonable priced room. We highly recommend everyone to stay here and will most definitely stay here again. We are IHG reward members and love all their properties but this one truly stands out!

Executive Housekeeper lacked professionalism, integrity, customer friendliness, and was very defensive. Her behavior was totally unacceptable. Specific details were discussed with new GM - Hans. Hans was very professional and customer friendly. Kudos to Hans!
I provided a long itemized list of several problems encountered in Room 107 and the Exercise Room. Hans was very professional and started taking corrective action immediately; unlike the Executive Housekeeper who was very defensive and obnoxious.
This is a nice hotel and convenient location. Improvements are needed in the Exercise Room and the items referenced above in Room 107. (I'm guessing similar problems exist in other rooms as well.) Significant improvements are needed in the Executive Housekeeper's professionalism, customer friendliness, and attitude.
