I’ve been through Kalamazoo a few times on my business travels, this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in the area.
Clean rooms, awesome staff and you can’t beat the breakfast and small bites in the evenings.

Kristen at the front desk was on top of everything. Supper friendly and knowledgeable. Bree in housekeeping gave us the cleanest room. Everything was great. Also guests had put out a large amount of garbage in the hall from there room and it was cleaned up quickly so great to see people on top of all the going on in the hotel.
Dirty room, AC not working properly.

Seems like a nice place, but was not our experience unfortunately. AC didn’t work, just fan. Floor was gross. Fold out couch was gross. Management moved us after one night and gave me a few reward points which equates to less than 1/4 of a night at their hotel. Thanks?
Asked them for further consideration than that.
Said they would follow up, but didn’t.

The bed was soft, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was huge. Wish I could eat more. Hope to find a reason to come back again.

It was great until we turned the heat on. There was so much dust that came out in the bathroom all over the beds. I would say wait to go there unless they clean those. Good breakfast friendly staff

I book hotels for myself and my team frequently as we travel and open restaurants. This was one of the best overall experiences we’be had. Tiffany, Chris and Jefferey, Zeus were all great! They were all accommodating, nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling to Kalamazoo.

I had called Zeus 3 days prior coming to the property to see about my room type. He was happy to upgrade my family to a king suite, he was pleasant and the only one who thanked me for my Gold Elite Status throughout my time at the property.
Upon arriving to the hotel, the lobby was hotter than it was outdoors and there was so much dog hair on the luggage cart, absolutely disgusting! Not a great first impression. I let the front desk know I was checking in. Jeffery was unpleasant and did seem like he wanted to be there, an extremely disagreeable employee. He was not going to give me my king suite like I had been told days before. I had to ask several times for it even tho it had been confirmed prior to checking in. I asked questions about the property and he instructed me to just read the paper he gave me. He finally gave in and gave me the king suite tho in the end. My family gets to the room and it was wonderful, other than our sofa sleeper not being cleaned and trash underneath. The sheets, I understand are to be bleached, but the bleach smell was unbearably strong. At one point I had my partner get new keys to the room and the front desk didn’t ID him, that was very weird and not the IHG way.
One the other hand, my kids loved the social time in the great room and the breakfast attendant. Beautiful outdoor patio and pool area.

I went to Staybridge in urgent need of a place to stay due to the fact I was going through a hard time. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure I could not only get a room ASAP, but to ensure I felt comfortable. Everyone I met on the staff was so friendly and welcoming and I love that they have social hours for the guests. Will definitely recommend you stay here for any amount of time.

I stayed at the Staybridge Suites on July 6, 2021. I appreciated the extremely clean room and hotel. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. Very quiet comfortable room with a home like atmosphere. I had a restful and relaxing evening.

What a lovely and friendly place to stay. I always stay here when I am in the area. The night time social dinner is always very good and saves me money. :) I will stay here again and again and you should too.
