My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with our 3 kids. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone. The continental breakfast was great and the views did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice having 2 bathrooms in our suite! There were a few broken tiles in the bathroom but that did not alter our experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Colorado Springs area!

Had a 30 day stay at this hotel and was given the absolute worst room that was located under the 24 hour gym. O17 Having dumb bells and people running over you all hours of the night was awful. We asked for a room change several times and was denied due to other rooms being booked. I highly doubt all rooms were booked and this change was not able to be made. So make sure you do not get this room when staying because you’ll be stuck there. So glad to be home nd not be woken up nightly.

The staff at this location is awesome. I left my monitor behind and when I called they had it in the office already. Sent a box and they took it UPS for shipment. While on the premises they took care of me and the food was great too!! Next time in town I will stay here again. The view is outstanding as well of the mountains.

Spent about two months here and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy. The food in the mornings was great and the social hour were very inviting.

I have stayed here multiple times but this time I was disappointed. The staff as soon as we got there were rude and just not nice. I had a cold and they were talking about it when I left. The faucet spun around multiple times and you could barely use it. The air conditioner stopped working for hours and no one came to fix it. We requested house keeping but no one ever came. I told this to the guy working and he said he would comp some of our stay or at least refund me and that never happened. Needless to say I will find somewhere else to stay in the future

Once I booked the reservation, I immediately called the hotel and requested a late checkout for 2pm. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and honored the request. On the day of checkout, housekeeping came knocking on the door at 12pm. I called down to the front desk to inquire about the situation and the agent was very rude. She told me I should’ve reconfirmed my request for a late checkout at check-in because these requests aren’t given until the morning of checkout. Why would someone wait until the day of if they already know they have a flight later in the day? She also stated I could only stay until 1pm and not 2pm. The time was already 12:20. I had to scurry to gather my things and get myself prepared to be out by 1pm. I was never greeted and I was not given a welcome amenity.

We stayed in a suite at this hotel. Very nice. Issue was the bathroom and sink area of the suite. NO DOOR from the sink vanity area to the bedroom. The light for the sink vanity area CONTROLLED the toilet / tub bathroom. Therefore, when children got up during the night and entered the bathroom, they had to turn on the ONLY light availabe that CONTROLLED both the sink vanity area and the toilet/tub bathroom. Disrupted sleep for everyone in the bedroom. We suggested to the staff that a separate light switch was needed for just the bathroom (toilet/tub area). They apparently heard this issue before.
The suite was very functional other than the no door/light issue. Breakfast was phenominal compared to most other IHG hotels. Major assortment of food items for breakfast. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Price for this suite was very affordable and the location of the hotel was perfect.

I have stayed at Staybridge Colorado Springs address 5420 New Car Drive, Colorado Springs, CO, 80923, United States from 14-15 October 2022. when I checked in, I informed the front desk agent, a gentleman, that I would like to check out at 1300. On 15 October 2022 around 1215, the house keeping knocked my room door (226) and asked if I am staying another night. I replied I asked the front desk already that I would like to check out at 1 pm. He asked did you actually tell the front desk, I said yes. 10 minutes later I got a call from the front desk asking if I inform the front desk to check out at 1 pm because it’s not in the system. I said yes and I said I am packing right now and will check out in 15 mins. She said take you time. When I came down at front desk at 1230. The front desk name Litsaz (I apologize if I spell it wrong) asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. Then she said oh you stay on the point so you still wish to get the receipt. I said yes. She said you stay on the point, their is no receipt to print. So my question is if you already know why you still ask the customer for that. Then, the male front desk walked in and I told her that he was the one I informed yesterday about checking out at 1 pm. She said it is not in the system. I said so Is it my fault as a customer that it is not in the system? She said “not your fault and not my fault either. I am just doing my job.” I said if the house keeping to knock the door to confirm already why do you have to call again to rush the customer. I feel like she think I was lying to the house keeping. She said again she was just doing her job and doesn’t know why I was rude to her. I said I was not rude. I was being rushed to check out when I informed already about checking out late. I asked for her name to write it down on the paper because I do not want to spell it wrong. She said you can grab the card and write it down yourself. She said what do you want me to do. I am just doing my job. I said At least you should apologize to the customer because the house keeping already came to ask. She said I am not apologizing because I am not wrong.
I think she was rude and doesn’t have a customer service mind at all by responding like that to the customer. If the house keeping already came to the customer door and informed her. She should not gave me that attitude. The way she presented herself to me was rude. Even I use my point to stay at the hotel doesn’t mean I asked to stay for free. All the points are from customer’s purchasing the service and should receive the same treatment as the customers who use the normal payment. And before I left, I told her “I love everything about this hotel and plan to come back until this moment from the way you talked to me and now I think I will not be back again. She replied “up to you.”

Had issues one of the Tv s never work during my 6 day stay. Told management. Never was corrected. . Asked for credit emails management. No response . And a new charge to my credit card of 50$ was added 2 weeks after my stay. Called the hotel no response . The day of my check in. The computer glitch. Canceled. My reservations .

This hotel was an amazing place to stay while we were in Colorado Springs. No complaints at all. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was great! Would definitely stay here again
