The best location you could ever want when visiting Pittsburgh for any reason
They have a lot to offer. The time you walk through the front doors til the time you leave. So much good things to say about this hotel that all I can say is you need to book here to understand why this place is #1 in my eyes.

The room and the hotel are very nice and comfortable however, when we arrived, we were told the systems are down and we had to pay by cash. To make matters worse the ATM was out of money so had to Uber to a bank in order to get cash. I understand things happen however a simple phone call would’ve been nice to prepare ourselves for the inconvenience.

We needed a hotel within proximity to the airport and this one was one of the few that popped up. I am so glad that we are ended up choosing THIS PLACE. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable. The women at the front desk were very delightful. The room had plenty of space. It was very roomy and very clean. It’s not often that you find both of those things in a hotel.
We also needed the airport shuttle service. This was quickly and efficiently organized for us. The hotel made our entire traveling experience so much easier.
The breakfast was incredible !! I’ve stayed at many MANY hotels and no hotel breakfast has ever been this fantastic. There were a great variety of breakfast foods to choose from. Whether you have certain allergies, or preferences. They had such a variety of foods and everything was of great quality. The breakfast attendant Sandyie, ( and whoever else is responsible for breakfast) really goes above and beyond. Sandyie made a variety of fresh muffins and scones for the guests ! They were delicious.
Overall, this is a great place to stay. If you are in the area or you’re traveling, I would greatly recommend Staybridge Suites. You will not be disappointed.
(If you need a shuttle service, it’s best to call a day ahead and set up a time in which you think will be convenient.)

Best stay bridge I’ve stayed at yet. 2 slot machines in lobby & they sell beer. Staff was amazing Stephanie was a huge help.

Check in was great and the lady who works 3-11 is the sweetest and kindest person. Breaskfast was great too! My kids loved the options and there was options for my eating lifestyle. I will definitely book again when we return!

We chose this hotel because it was only 8 minutes for Airport. Great service from the front desk and the lobby was clean, room was nice but we found black hairs on sheets. The next morning we found same hairs in the shower and NO WATER PRESSURE. I couldn’t even rinse the hairs of the wall because the water wouldn’t spray that far.
When we checked out the front desk staff was once again very polite and the lobby was freshly mopped.
