Kimpton Inner Circle is the highest level of loyalty within IHG® Rewards extended by invitation only to the most loyal of Kimpton guests. When you’re in, you’re so in. We have your favorite things ready for you upon arrival, our chefs treat you when you dine, and we invite you to our exclusive events. If you reach IHG® Diamond Elite and stay frequently at Kimpton hotels, you’re well on your way to being welcomed into our Kimpton Inner Circle. We hope to see you in our Inner Circle soon.

On top of all your standard IHG® One Rewards benefits, when staying at a Kimpton, Inner Circle members receive the following benefits.

Inner Circle Amenity
Customized Amenity: Inner Circle members will receive a customized in-room amenity that will include, to the best of the hotel's ability, a favorite snack and beverage, based on their custom preferences, during each qualified stay at all participating Kimpton hotels. Specific delivery times, brands, and sizes are not guaranteed and vary by hotel and are delivered on IHG® One Rewards qualified stays only.

Inner Circle members can enter these preferences in their online profile by signing into their account at www.ihgrewardsclub.com or dialing the Inner Circle VIP line, you can find this unpublished number by signing into your IHG® One Rewards account and navigating to Contact Us.

Inner Circle New Hotel Free Night
Inner Circle New Hotel Free Night is valid at participating Kimpton hotels. Must be a current Inner Circle member with at least 3 qualified stays completed within the last 12 months to book the Free Night. The Free Night must be consumed within the offer period. Only the cost of the room is complimentary. Members are responsible for all incidental charges and applicable taxes and fees. Inner Circle New Hotel Free Night is offered at the hotel’s discretion beginning generally within the first six months of opening. The dates available may vary by participating hotel. The free night benefit is valid for a deluxe category room, subject to availability, blackout dates apply. New Hotel Free Nights are available to Inner Circle members in a limited quantity on a first come, first serve basis. Allotments of Free Nights may sell out. Only one free night per New Hotel may be booked per Inner Circle member. This benefit is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The room must be booked under the Inner Circle member's name. The Inner Circle complimentary room upgrade is applicable if available upon arrival. Valid at Kimpton hotels in North America only. 

Inner Circle New Hotel Free Night is valid at participating Kimpton hotels only. The free night stay may not be booked until the benefit dates have been made public and sell date on the Inner Circle Free Night landing page.

Chef’s Taste
Restaurant Recognition: Inner Circle members enjoy a small complimentary taste from the chef when dining at a Kimpton Restaurant. Inner Circle members should identify themselves and their status to the restaurant staff in order to receive the complimentary Chef’s Taste.  The member does not need to be staying at the hotel to receive this benefit.  The taste is up to the discretion of each restaurant and chef and can be presented as a small appetizer or dessert.  The benefit is available during dinner hours only. At participating hotels.

Access to a dedicated VIP line where our friendly Inner Circle agents are ready to assist with IHG® One Rewards reservations, questions about Diamond Elite and Inner Circle benefits, plus much more.

Guaranteed One Category Room Upgrade
For each stay, Inner Circle members will be provided with a room upgrade one category higher than booked. The upgrade is not subject to availability, this is a guaranteed benefit. If all the rooms in the hotel are priced the same than a more desirable location will be chosen as an upgrade – e.g. best view. The upgrade will be prepared on the day of arrival in advance of the member’s arrival and excludes Presidential, Specialty Suites and all suites with two bedrooms and greater. The Confirmable Suite Milestone Reward cannot be used in conjunction with the Inner Circle guaranteed upgrade. If Inner Circle members were to redeem the Suite Upgrade for their stay, they would not be entitled to an additional room upgrade at check-in because of their Inner Circle status. Guaranteed 4pm Check-Out
Inner Circle members are entitled to keep their room up to 4pm at no additional charge.

Guaranteed Early Check-In from 10am
Inner Circle members are entitled to check-in beginning at 10am on date of arrival. If the room category is not available at 10am, another room will be made available for the member’s use until the Inner Circle members’ room is ready.

Complimentary High-Speed Internet
Inner Circle members are entitled to complimentary internet access and will receive, the highest speed internet available when staying at a Kimpton hotel.

Complimentary In-Room Water
Inner Circle members are entitled to complimentary mineral water delivered to their room on arrival. The water is typically included as part of the Inner Circle Amenity.
