We had a really good stay we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but when we did it was nice. Staff members were nice. Good location. Clean. No noise. I just wished the breakfast had more options like bacon lol we stayed from Thursday until Sunday and sausage all days lol but in a world where everything costs so much I get it.

We were in town to watch the Blue Jackets game. We needed an extra room since we were traveling with family members. A two bedroom unit was perfect. It was clean and spacious. Since it was near the airport, we could hear planes coming and going but seemed to slow down as the night wore on. Wasn’t an issue. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have had at an IHG location. Staff was great. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Upon arrival I immediately noticed urine and hair around the base of toilet. I quickly contacted front desk and ask for a room change. I was told that all that could be done, is someone would clean that area. Unacceptable. This is the second time I've noticed this poor cleaning in the bath room area.

I loved the atmosphere at this hotel. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He was also knowledgeable. All of the staff was great and breakfast was good. The location was great for what we needed.
