I’ve stayed at this property twice and both times the elevator has not worked carrying your luggage up and down. All those flights of stairs is unacceptable.

Was on the 4th floor for my entire stay. Elevator didn’t work at all about 25% of ghe time nad couldn’t be summoned to the 4th flior the entire time. Breakfast and social hour timing didn’t work at all for my schedule. Room cleaning very inconsistent. Used to love this hotel but won’t be staying there anymore

I stay at this property 20-25 nights a year. It’s always concerning getting into the elevator. Hasn’t worked well for some time. This visit they placed we on the 4th floor and elevator floor call service only to floor 3. You would think with the kind of loyalty given I would be given a room the elevator actually goes to. Time to start staying elsewhere.

I booked 2 rooms in my name for 03/21/25. Room 402 & 417 One for me and one for a co worker. I checked into both rooms and wrote her first and last name on the registration card and let the front desk know at check in this was the guest staying in that room. My other co worker also had a room and was checking in with me. We requested to be on the same floor, she ended up on 1st floor and I ended up on 4th floor. I would also like to add that the elevator coming down from the 4th floor did not work. So you had to either call down to get it sent to you or walk 4 flights of stairs. Not to mention that awful "bang" when you reached the 4th floor in the elevator....... We head out to our event that brought us to Davenport. I met the other co worker there and gave her her keys (417) On the way back to the hotel we stopped and grabbed pizza to go. When we got back to the hotel the front desk opened the front door for us and we headed to my friends room on the 1st floor to eat the pizza since we were all sharing. Shortly after we left her room ( running into the front desk lady down the hall) we walked to the elevator when my boyfriend realized he left his drinks in my friends room. We headed back to her room to grab the drinks. She decided she was going to grab a water from the market. When we all got to the market the front desk lady asked us " are you guys ok? you keep walking back and forth ..." At that point we were all kind of taken aback by the rudeness and went to our rooms.. The next morning I woke up to missed calls from my friend. I open the blinds and see splatters or drops of something on the boxspring. I head to gym it was not very clean, used the guest bathroom, It also was not very clean. Ate bfast ( it was prob my favorite thing about this location) I finally talked to my co worker in room 417 and she informed me that her keys did not work when she got back at 1am. And the lady at the desk refused to let her in and questioned her about me having 2 rooms. Finally HER husband went in and lied and said he was MY husband and she let him in. How scary!!! We do not have the same last name, his name was NOT on the registration card. We went back in and spoke with management on duty. She was the most pleasant person we spoke to through all the staff there. Very understanding and she listened and dealt with it great! Afterwards I was told by my coworker that her room 417 had a shower cap and a makeup wipe in the garbage when they got in there. Over all, super bummed at this visit. I wanted to stay at a Holiday Inn Express (it was cheaper) and my friend talked me into coming there.

I do not want to write a review, I want to keep this my secret. The stay was fabulous. We stayed over night, had an upgrade, enjoyed swimming, breakfast buffet, and many other points of this establishment. Three families, three different rooms, and not one disappointment. I loved the game room, and just the overall dynamics of the property. The one thing that was odd was the door to the pool, in an emergency, you would have to have your card with you to get out to get help, strange. No card needed to get in the door way to the pool only to get out.

The cleaning and service staff were great. Hard workers. When I called to verify stay front desk staff was eating and not paying attention to call.
Other than that stay was great.
Pool area ventilation is terrible. Strong chemical smell and extremely hot.
Very much enjoyed my stay. Breakfast attendant on Sunday morning was extremely hardworking, and very nice.
