The check-in at this hotel was smooth and seamless! The staff at this location is top-notch! There were multiple occasions where staff went out their way for me and my family. One was when my daughter was a little lost on finding things at breakfast. The staff stepped right up and made her feel loved and respected! On another occasion, Megan from the front desk, saw that I was very thirsty from bringing my luggage up from third floor to my car. We stayed eight days and there was five of us so there’s a lot to carry. I didn’t even need to ask Megan handed me a bottle of water to take with me right away. That’s really paying attention to your customer! I’ve stayed in a lot of places and I haven’t had anyone pay that close of attention as she did! All the staff was great, but she was a stand out! I’ll definitely be back!

This was our second stay at this hotel and we will come back. The front desk staff have consistently been warm and inviting. The breakfast is exceptional, and the two breakfast attendants (Ramiro and Emilio, I'm sure I misspelled these) went around to all the guests to assure everyone had what they needed and they kept the food service area spotless. Compliments to both men.

So happy that we chose this Staybridge for a two night stay as we visited Cincinnati. The staff was wonderful, they had a great breakfast with many options to choose from. The room was nice and clean. Another bonus was the grills outside and the fire place. We were able to make burgers and had plenty of space in the kitchenette in the room to make a meal. They also had storage rooms were we could store our cooler and a couple other items so they didn't take up space in the room. Bathroom was very clean and provided great lighting and plenty of storage space.

I’m used to staying at Staybridge suites that have larger rooms. This room was tinier than the regular IHG hotel rooms. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

We've stayed at other Staybridge's and this one met our expectations. Airport flight pattern flies over the hotel. Little noisy at times. Staff great! Breakfast great! Location very good to see attractions.
