My husband and I took our son and daughter in law with 5 grandkids for a 3 day 2 night weekend to kick off spring break. The hotel was great just like other sites that they have. The kiddos so loved the pool which was neat and clean. Plenty of towels provided. The rooms was clean and stocked nicely in each room with towels and wash clothes for 9 people between 2 suites. 1 room did not have sheets for the hideaway and the gentleman at the front desk said they were out but they were being washed. Within 1.5 hours he called and said they were ready. Can’t wait for me stay again with them!

We stayed for a event for my child and we wanted a location with breakfast and also we had a kitchen in the suite. The room was great and the lobby was clean and felt inviting. The front staff was nothing great. Check in they were nice and helpful but when leaving we were dismissed at just the simplest questions. Biggest disappointment was breakfast!!! For my child’s sports we travel a lot but I have stayed a hotel where an hour an a half before breakfast was over they were out of fruit, yogurt, butter. That was sunday the last morning we were there but on Saturday I asked if there were any more muffins in the back. The young lady working the breakfast told me to hold on a moment and brought a plate to the side door for me to choose a muffin. Then she took the plate that still had 8-9 more on it and took it back to the back. Why were those not put out. Super sad super disappointing. I know it’s a free breakfast but it’s really not it’s part of the stay. It’s part of the experience. So over all. Average. Our stay was average.

I been here off and on since 2023!!! For this last time, the sales rep reached out to me just to make sure I was comfy and a plus she remembered me!!! That’s a good feeling for sure. I’ll be back on the 14th. Hope to get my favorite room ;).

This place is awful. There are plenty of better hotels in the area. The manager doesn’t return phone calls and they will hold funds from you bank about even if you paid the invoice for up to 10 business days. Terrible customer service. Marriot’s are way better.

We spent one night on our way home. We would have no problem staying longer at the Staybridge in Franklin, TN.
There is not a single thing that I could complain about. The staff was friendly, our room was upgraded, and the food was very good.

I recommend this property over more expensive options. It's a step above in the ihg hotel chain. Very accommodating, good breakfast, great social opportunities, private rooms with excellent hall space.

We were traveling home from Florida and chose the Staybridge in Franklin because we like this brand. We were pleasantly surprised with our upgrade to a two-bedroom suite. It is wonderful to have two bathrooms when getting ready in the morning.
The staff was very friendly; the social hour served chicken & waffles (we had never had that combination before and it was very good!) I meant to ask, but forgot, how old this hotel was; it seems to be quite new. If we travel this way again, we would definitely choose the Staybridge in Franklin, TN.
