Everything about our stay was top notch. Our last minute booking was at a great rate, the staff was wonderful, breakfast was very impressive.

These are some places you book for the price point and not the amenities. I only booked it because it was where I needed to be. Overall, though, I had a great stay, and the service people were very nice.

The hotel has not been maintained well. The side door were broken which caused me to have to walk to the front door in the rain. The kitchen cabinet was falling off and overall the hotel felt run down. Not up to Staybridge standards

My brother and I stayed at this hotel because it offered 2 bedroom suites at a very reasonable price. The hotel was well maintained, the room was great, service was excellent. I highly recommend this establishment

My friend and I went for the weekend to run the Napa Half Marathon. The location was great for a morning run the day before. There were great options nearby but we did keep heading out to Napa so Ubers did add up due to the location. The staff was friendly and we were out more of the days, but breakfast was great, it stayed stocked and warmed. Room had great space for us, we were able to relax when there. The rooms are a little older than it looks in the photos, but again, we didn’t have to stay in room much. It was a great value for us.

The hotel was kind and extended an early check-in by one hour. I also appreciated that there was dressing bench in the bedroom.
However, the heat did not work at all. We called the front desk in the evening and the front desk clerk came to our room. They were unable to fix the problem. We were told that maintenance would be told to check on the heat 1st thing in the morning (11 am). When we returned from our outing for the day the heat had not been addressed. We called the front desk and ask for maintenance again. Maintenance come to our room and tried to fix the heat as well. After about 10 minutes of trying different things the maintenance person said that the air conditioner wasn't working either and that they needed to check on it elsewhere. They never returned and the heat was never fixed during our stay. I don't know if it will ever be fixed if guests only stay for one night at a time. Also, there is no towel rod in the basin area, the dishwasher is not attached under the counter.
As a member I was not informed of the Social Evening Reception.
