The front desk staff(Michelle and Marlene) at this hotel consistently provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The check-in processes was handled quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for my stay. They greeted me with genuine smiles and made them feel immediately welcome, creating a positive first impression. In the future I will for sure be picking this Staybridge again.

We had a wonderful spring break staying here. Great central location staff was wonderful! Breakfast was great as well. We had one minor issue and it was resolved instantly. Definitely will be staying here again

No, I do not recommend this property.
AC in our room only had heat. Turned it to cold and heater came on. Bed was hard as a rock. Could not get comfortable in it. Construction going on but didn’t find out until we checked in and saw it. Should have been communicated prior so we could chose there or another hotel

Seems i was placed in a room on a floor where construction is still going on at 0800 in the am...room was curry filled smells with a plugin to try and cover it. Housekeeping on every hour trying to enter the room when i had 1300hr checkout time....very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We stayed while we had repairs done in our home. We enjoyed the suite. It was a good size, had a nice kitchen, and was very clean and well-stocked. Easy check in and out process. Breakfast was good and staff made sure it was stocked and clean. It's close to lots of restaurants and stores but not in the middle of all of the noise. We enjoyed our stay.
