Amazing Stay

I normally don't write reviews but I felt this hotel deserves it 100%. I have been an IHG Employee/Rewards Club member since 2010. In May of this year, my son was diagnosed with cancer. He was being treated at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Philadelphia. We live out of state and treatments were every 3 weeks. So we have been commuting back and forth and needed a comfortable and clean place to stay since my son is a high-risk patient. I just want to take the time out to thank this hotel for the best service these past few months. Also would like to thank Trudell from the front desk. He was always the one who checked me in and took care of us no matter what. Trudell is an amazing employee. Very professional, nice, and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.
Beware the pictures and room descriptions may not match your reservation.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Rooms are nice; some of pictures and descriptions of the rooms do not match the actual rooms they have available; the front desk staff is nice, but the manager is very rude. I do not recommend.
LONG DESCRIPTION:
Do yourself a favor and find another hotel in the area. There are many to choose from, and you'll have a better experience. There are some people who stay here with no issues, but you will get frustrated at the lack of any type of assistance if things go wrong.
First of all, some of the pictures on the site do not match what is actually available. So you may think you are reserving a room that you actually cannot reserve at all. If this happens, you are out of luck and there is no recourse. I get it. I travel more than a lot and these things happen. It's a new hotel (the pictures are still wrong by the way). The problem was complete lack of empathy and rude staff. It was mostly the manager. The front desk staff was very friendly for the most part. I was told many times that someone would call me back to address the issue, but I never received a single call after about 5 or 6 tries. Finally the corporate office put me on hold and called the manager directly and connected me. She was extremely rude.
Even with the issues, I tried again. This time I carefully read the description for each room and selected the one I wanted. When I arrived at the hotel, they switched rooms again and gave me an even smaller room that did not match the description at all. I ask the desk to move me to the room I had reserved and once again they said that I reserved the wrong room. I was told that I booked an accessible room so they switched me. I went back and looked at the description of the room I reserved and it made absolutely no mention of being an accessible room. So once again their website is displaying incorrect information on the room types. I asked to speak to someone and once again I was told I was going to get a call back from the manager. Well, after two weeks and no call back, I gave up. Time to go somewhere else.
