We stayed here because we had a very early flight. Unfortunately the AC was not working and myself and my kids could not sleep at all. The room stayed over 80 degrees. Employee working said there was nothing that could be done and instead of a refund of any kind she just gave us some points. Very disappointing as I use IHG hotels often when traveling. Will avoid staying here again.

I stated this property a few times in the past and I was planning to stay there again this upcoming Saturday, 1 June, but I called the hotel about a week ago because I was there in December then I was there again in January there was a HUGE difference with the illegal people in the area. So I asked the male representative that answered the phone if they were allowing these people on their property or they were making them leave and he said they don’t make them leave and that they hang out at the McDonald’s, which is basically across from the parking lot. I asked him if any vehicles had been broken into and he said yes. I was apalled. I then asked him if they had a security guard there since obviously the problem has become a big disaster there and he said no. this place does not care about anyone’s well-being. They don’t care about people’s property obviously either. these people are illegally no matter which way you look at it! Of course I appreciated his honesty and I had every intention of calling the police department anyway to see if there were any break-ins there so even if he said no, I was going to verify what he said because that’s public information. So I will be staying at a safer hotel instead. Better place and a much better breakfast without processed food like atwell AND they have a security guard!

This is a beautiful property. The room is spacious, modern decor and so clean! The staff were so nice & helpful. The shuttle was easy and reliable.

First time staying at an Atwell & absolutely loved the property. The decor was top notch, everything was so clean and inviting. The espresso machines in the lobby… AMAZING. So good! I only rated lower stars due to our room being SO warm despite us having the air set to 60 degrees on cool. We are from northern MN & sleeping in a hot room was absolutely miserable for us. We had to get up early for a flight out, and I really thought the AC needed time to kick in. It’s our fault for not contacting the front desk. Despite all of this, the hotel is beautiful & I’d definitely still return!

The room was clean, the beds weren't overly comfortable but worked for the short amount of time we were there.
The shuttle to the airport was on time and dropped us off at a convenient place.
Not even 24 hours after we left the hotel my vehicle was broken into. When I called the hotel to see if they could check on my vehicle to make sure I would be able to drive it home the lady told me the vehicle wasn't in the parking lot (It was she just didn't look very hard).
When we returned to the airport we waited for over an hour for the shuttle back to the hotel. We called several times and was told "it is on its way" each time. We finally had to get an Uber to get back to the hotel.

Except for the Front desk guy that receive us when we arrive 7/10 at night who was very friendly and service oriented, the rest of the staff the following day was very rude, no respect at all and no sense of customer service, especially the lady and the guy at the front desk and even more disrespectful the lady taking care of breakfast
Very sad because it’s a great hotel but with the very bad service I won’t stay again there
Broken bathroom

The entire bathroom was falling apart! Behind the toilet, the sink faucet! There was no body wash in the shower. I went down and asked for some. After quite awhile the attendant brought me shampoo. The next day I went back down and the new attendant was able to find some for us. One of two elevators were broken the entire visit. Several of the breakfast items were tagged broken as well. We won’t stay there again
Staff’s lack of pride leads to poor image

I practically live at this property. I spend an average of 20 nights at the location per month. I’ve come across several of the front desk staff that often look disheveled, I’ve even seen one walking around in pajamas. I’ve seen some of them bring their kids to work(assumptions based on observations), making a mess of the upstairs common area. Most of them are heavy smokers and reek of smoke when you approach them. I’ve noticed a lot of cigarette butts strewn about in the west parking area which I’m assuming it’s from the staff since they smoke so much. Also, after winter storms, very little is done to clear walkways making it dangerous to walk to your vehicle. They conveniently clear just far enough away from the building to go out and smoke. Finally, I’ve been interrupted hours before my checkout time being asked if I’m checking out. There is a lack of pride among the staff. There’s something to be said about an employee that does not care about their image when they are at work representing a brand. A poor image is often the sign of incompetence, laziness and mediocrity. While I haven’t had an any pressing issues with any of the staff, I hope they start holding themselves to a higher standard.

It was a pleasant stay and it’s my first time to stay at Atwell suites I must say it’s super nice and clean hotel and it’s aesthetically pleasing. I can definitely recommend it given a chance to be at Denver it’s a must to stay at this hotel .

I recently used this hotel as overflow for a company hotel. Katherine, our sales manager was amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond before and after our event! The rooms are clean, super spacious and include a couch and a small kitchen area. The breakfast is equally good! We stayed there a 2nd time on our way out of town and plan to use the hotel again next year. Thank you Katherine!!!!

It was a delight to see and experience these modern structural design Hotel it is very clean , employees are very accommodating and a great help !!! Definitely a great hotel to stay when your in Denver airport area 👍
