We couldn’t have selected a better hotel for a centrally located spot for our activities. However, our reservation was all messed up and we ended up with 2 reservations and had to check out after the first night and re check in to another room for the remainder of our stay. The second room was located on the first floor and it was nearly impossible to fall asleep due to the loud traffic right outside our window. We also felt that the breakfast selections were highly over priced for the food that we received. Parking is a bit troublesome with very few spots and a very tight garage. I would stay here again for the convenience of location however I would insist on a high level floor to avoid the traffic noise.

The experience here was amazing. I’ve never been to the area and the staff shared all the best places to visit and eat. The staff was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. The room was fantastic along with the amenities that were offered. I would definitely recommend this location if ever in Seattle.

Man, overall this hotel was one of the best I stayed in. The staff was absolutely amazing, helped us check in early, rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and secure! The entire hotel was very safe and secure with needing your key card to even get into the building and in the elevator to get to your floor. Even being downtown, we did not hear the traffic which was really nice! 10/10 will stay here again when visiting. Thanks for acknowledging my diamond status as well!
Uncomfortable Bed and Loud Morning

Overall my experience was decent. Was unable to use my IHG points as a diamond elite member and had to pay for a weekend get away. Bed was super uncomfy and had a horrible sleep. Morning was loud and a lot of traffic and no noise canceling effects in the room. Overall disappointed in the hotel for the cost and ratings. Staff was friendly and kind but would not stay there again.

This is the worst hotel
To stay in. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. Was here for work. Day one I complained that the air wasn’t working. Complained that my fridge wasn’t working and that my soap holders in the shower was broken. They said they would fix it. ( never did.) I complained to the front desk 2 times. (Catherine) was no help. Nothing was done. On the last night. The maintenance guy came to the room and fixed what he could. Changed the fridge and that still didn’t work. Gave up as I check out the next morning. After my stay I asked to speak to a manager. And none was available. Then I called after I left. Spoke to the front desk manager (will) was told to dispute the charges. And that they wouldn’t fight it. Then was promised points to my account. And till this day still no points. Was promised to get a free nights stay at my next trip. Never happened. Asked for the general manager to contact me. “Was too busy and short staffed” to call or email me back. The lack of unprofessionalism at this location is disappointing. Save your money and your time and book somewhere else.

I recently stayed at the Even hotel for 10 days to celebrate my 50th birthday. Every single staff member I met was super friendly & welcoming. Henry, the general manager, went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay!
The location was perfect. Less than 5 minutes to Lake Union, a great place for a late evening walk. 20 minute walk to the Space needle, pop museum and Chihuly garden & glass and 30-40 minute walk to Pike Place, the aquarium, giant wheel and waterfront.
The room was very spacious and I loved having the yoga equipment in the room, perfect for a morning/evening stretch. The bed & pillows were amazingly comfortable.! After a day out exploring Seattle it was great to come back to the room for a restful night sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to explore some more! I loved the filtered water they provided throughout the hotel, I would always fill my bottle before leaving for the day. The outdoor garden was a nice quite place to sit and enjoy my morning cup of coffee! Another bonus was having the bus stop right outside the front door which takes you to the link station for the train to SeaTac airport.
As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable at all hours of the day or night. I would highly recommend the Even to anyone traveling to Seattle! Henry and his staff definitely helped make my trip so enjoyable and memorable!!

Hotel was ok, nothing more nothing less. Was very expensive for ok however. Arrived at check in desk and was told someone else would check me in as guy continued to work on his laptop at the desk. Lady came over but then prioritised picking up a phone call. Waiting for 10 mins to check in after long flight with no one else in reception. Room was ok, but on noisy intersection, and tv did not work effectively as struggled to connect with the direct tv set up. Room was cold with thin sheets. Room wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was good. I seem to have been charged over $30 per night for taxes including state tax, tourist tax and convention tax - no one else in my party who stayed in other hotels were charged this extra rate. Was offered welcome points for my diamond amenity but these were never deposited. Despite $400 spend for 2 nights apparently this does not qualify for any points. For my next trip to Seattle I will choose alternative accommodation.

The room I was given upon check-in was similar to the room we had on our last stay which was great…. with one major difference: it had a strange smell. My fiancé noticed when he entered the room too. We notified the staff that evening and they said they were so sorry but they were booked for the night but to talk to them in the morning. Well Mayanne hooked us up the next day with a suite with a view!! She was very kind and went above and beyond to make things right. We will definitely stay here again with such amazing staff.
