We value our members and their loyalty above all and want to offer more reasons for you to get away and stay with us – when the time is right. As we continue to monitor what's possible and adapt as necessary, we've made changes to our loyalty program to help you enjoy your benefits longer.
All members’ program status has been automatically extended through February 2023.
Points never expire for all members with Elite status (Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond) - a key benefit of our program.
We have extended points expiry until December 31, 2022 for Club members (points normally expire after 12 months of inactivity).
The Ambassador ‘Benefits Guarantee’ is suspended for stays up to and including January 31, 2022, due to COVID-19-related operational constraints.
IHG Rewards Credit Card Anniversary Night Certificates awarded in 2021 can be redeemed through December 31, 2022. Your account has been updated.
