My first time staying at an IHG Hotel on base. I was at Fort Jackson, SC for my husband’s basic training graduation. Location was perfect, just a couple minutes from the field where family day/graduation were held. I had a wonderful experience, everything was clean and fresh. Will absolutely book with this branch again.

Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff always maintained the cleanliness of my room. Service was always great from the staff and continuously provided speedy service when needed.

They just look my profile and gave me a suite upgrade with out cost, very comfortable, and staff very kind, something very different than the candlewood west where the staff were rought
