Noisy A/C makes it horrible stay

My A/C makes lose belt noise , i told the receptionist several times and i was told it was fixed and nothing changed while i was there.

A single bottle of water would cost $8 if you buy it from the hotel and the staff is not welcoming at all. My credit card was charged holding deposit 12 hours before my arrival without my authorisation.

Location is great, cleanliness was on point, check in was quick and easy. Hotel appears to be brand new or recently renovated. Great stay, thank you.

As an employee for hotel management company I do look to ensure my room is what I would expect our hotels to be. I found hair in the shower, Bobby pins in the floor, toilet paper almost empty, no back up roll, bathroom had hair on the floor but other thank yay the room was nice, area was quiet considering close to the airport, and my check in with Rigo was fantastic. He was super friendly and talked with us. He wishes us a happy anniversary knowing we were there celebrating and over all I would hire him at my IHG property in California! Kudos to him and when checking out Sheri was helpful and very sweet!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Phenomenal staff. The front office manager is absolutely fantastic and helped transition this from a hotel to a home away from home

The internet and tv wasn’t working my entire stay. I contacted the front desk about this and I was supposed to be awarded 2000 points which I never received. Because the internet was not working I couldn’t log in to work and do my job for the day.

Staff was incompetent.
We stayed Wednesday thru Saturday. No television no coffee and no help from staff.
Finally found a maid to get us some coffee Friday evening.
The neighborhood was dangerous to walk to the strip.
I most definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We booked this proper as we thought it would best accommodate us. Even chose this over the Venetian which was a big mistake. Check in staff was so rude. Tried to get a bit of an earlier check in due to traveling with an infant but was told no, which is understandable but the agent at the desk told us she’d call when a room became available. Checked back about and hour or so later still nothing and then waited a few more hours to go back and have the agent say “oh sorry I forgot”. She was very rude we paid over 500 dollars for 1 night. You’d think we’d get at least decent customer service but no, biggest regret was booking this property, with the snobby agent who couldn’t care less about members. Definitely set the wrong tone for the start of a family vacation.

Thought this would be a good “off the strip” hotel, near enough to walk to everything. While slightly lower priced than the big strip hotels, I guess you get what you pay for. We arrived early at noon and understood our room wasn’t ready, but when we returned at 4:45pm and it still wasn’t ready the front desk seemed annoyed we were troubled by this. At 5pm once we got into our room we found someone else’s underwear on the floor. In the morning the only thing included was coffee and the machine in lobby wasn’t working. Front desk and maintenance person both said “that’s not my responsibility “. Wondering whose it was. I understand if you’re understaffed but the staff that was there did not care at all. Would never stay again.

We never sleep since we checked in, staff did not try to help us and people kept walking all night and disturbed our stay overnight , terrible experienced! We will never go back nor recommend to anyone!

This Staff is by far the best hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. I stay in hotels 90+ days a year and this staff is hands down the best.
