Terrible service

When I went into my room, I noticed that there was still trash in the trashcan item still in the cabinet. The refrigerator was not clean. I had a TV in the living room and in the bedroom the one in the living room would not change channels. The icemaker didn’t work the next morning I notified the front desk, they said they would take care of it when I got back that evening nothing had changed the next morning. I notified him again. The manager spoke to me and told me that I was too stupid to know how to operate the remote to the TV that she needed to show me how to make it work .

We had planned to stay at the Staybridge Suites for five nights, but because of Tropical Debby we had to extend our stay. We usually stay at IHG hotels and mostly have enjoyed our stays. However, our stay here was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. We can’t say enough about the incredible staff. The GM, Amy, went out of her way to make sure we had an upgrade even though they were sold out. She was extremely great throughout our stay and would constantly ask if we needed anything. Tom was also great as were all the cleaning staff. Diane, the breakfast host, was so sweet and cheerful. She really enjoyed her job and was the only breakfast host we ever hugged when we were leaving. The food at breakfast and the evening reception was very good. We had no complaints during our stay and knew we had made new friends. We go to Michigan at least one a year to see family and this Staybridge Suites will always be the place we stay!

We stayed at the Staybridge for 3 weeks for physical therapy for my grandson..

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They made sure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and if we needed anything, they were
right there.

They even though of my grandson at the social dinners.

I highly recommend this hotel! All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel has truly become my second home. The rooms are consistently clean, quiet, and spacious. The breakfasts and social events never disappoint with their wide variety of delicious offerings. Beyond the excellent property, what keeps me coming back is the outstanding staff—Megan, Diane and John were always friendly, positive, and eager to assist. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It’s always been one of the best experience staying in Staybridge. Meghan from front desk is always been helpful and make you feel one of the friendliest faces around. Helped me a lot getting to know interesting places around like a Clawson firework show on 4th July weekend. It was awesome. Also helped me getting my gold status updated to platinum one.
Diane is one of THE best human being I’ve ever had an opportunity to interact with. No wonder everybody staying in hotel loves her since she’s so caring about almost everyone who comes to eat at socials. I saw many people treating her like family because she makes them so. Many more than once, she arranged special snacks items for me since I didn’t eat beef/bacon.
I appreciate both Meghan & Diane for making me feel home and would definitely spread the word around about this nice home-away-from-home. Thank you.
