Room not cleaned. Vents were absolutely disgusting. Trash, leaves, gross in the corners of the room. Bathroom had black spots in it. Staff were cussing and very loud bantering in the back during breakfast and the eggs had green and black chunks in them. We hurriedly checked out and left! It was also very dark, at breakfast, in the hallways, just everywhere. We won’t stay again!

This was not a normal Staybridge that I have stayed at and was very disappointed.
The hotel smelled like smoke, in the hallways and in the rooms. The air vents in the rooms was absolutely moldy and dusty and very rusted looking(I have pictures). There were leaves and garbage pieces on the floor and I didn’t see that until the next morning. The tv in the bedroom was set extremely far back and you could not move it out, so dependent upon where you were in the bed you only could get a partial view of the tv. I can’t say anything about the kitchen as I didn’t use it.
Breakfast, which I was finally so happy to try was absolutely disappointing and disgusting. The eggs had black and green pieces to them. The sausage was flimsy, or hard, it was one or the other. The creamer took some time to come out the yogurts were few and far between and iffy as well. The one my daughter got actually didn’t have an expiration date and smelled funny. The staff at breakfast were in a back room loud and using swear words. Just extremely unprofessional.
The Lobby and hall areas were dark and dingy.

So many things wrong here and response from staff less than stellar.
Fridge in room making loud noises-maintenance told us to just unplug it if it was bothering us; had to have tv worked on to be able to watch; water jug in weight room was always empty; missing weights so hard to do work work without a matching pair; breakfast was standard but neither waffle maker were working well.
Very disappointing stay.

I booked this room after spending the day with my 3 year old son so I was exhausted once I got to the hotel.The associate who checked me in was very nice. I asked for a 1st floor room bc I didn’t want my son disturbing anyone. Room 101. My first disappointment came when I got to the room in the corner there were a lot of boxes and what looked like a old refrigerator, literally right across my door. The room was definitely not cleaned thoroughly. It was dust every where, there was crumbs on the floor and hair on the mattress protector and the night stand was sticky like it has never been wiped down. The condition of this room was definitely not worth the price I paid. I expected better as I have stayed at other locations before and never had a problem with cleanliness.

I enjoyed the room. Quiet and looks remodeled. The outside door was broken and the light was out above it. But all and all it was an enjoyable stay

Staybridge Suites is my favorite place to stay when traveling but this particular location didn’t meet the standards of other Staybridge Suites. Granted the location is going through a renovation but our room was very dirty with drug paraphernalia and razor blades around the room. Breakfast was very scarce and looked like a breakfast spread from a Quality Inn. Hopefully things will get better after the renovation.

Very disappointed with this hotel because outrageous charge for a small pet. Chargin hundred dollar for less than 5 pound pet It was not greet as premium meme we. Did not get my points welcoming. No satisfied at all

My family and I are IHG members and usually have very positive experiences with their hotels. We were on a two day road trip from texas when we stopped to spend the night in Augusta last week. We were all road weary & ready to crash in bed and sleep.
At check in, the front desk attendant seemed very put out to have to check a guest in, she was glued to her phone and every question I asked received a delayed answer as she was distracted by her mobile device the entire time. After displaying little to no interest in the check in experience, the attendant finally realized the last name I gave her did not match the reservation (I had already swiped my card and we were almost finished with the process.) At that point, she informed me I must show two valid forms of ID immediately. I explained to her that when IHG created my account they misspelled my last name. I have attempted numerous times to contact customer service/cooperate to have the issue fixed to no avail. The attendant huffed and said that wasn't possible, because she could fix it for me. I told her that would be great if she could. However, she returned her attention to her phone, handed my ID back, and gave me my room key, with no further mention of the name error and big surprise, she didn't fix it.
After my family and I entered our room for the night, it was dirty and ill maintained. We had booked a king suite on the 1st floor.
-The pull out sofa was sinking in the middle and the frame was broken upon our arrival.
-There was a large tear in the arm of the pull out sofa with material protruding from the tear. The sofa was also covered in stains.
-There was someone else's hair on the toilet and wrapped around the toilet.
-There was a yellow substance, I believe it would be safe to assume it was urine, in the cracks around the base of the toilet where it meets the floor. This area was also not caulked properly and full of cracks collecting "gunk"
-Every door in the room was caked in dust and dirty in general.
- The closet in the bathroom had what appeared to be a used towel crumpled and tossed into it.
The only thing I could recommend about this hotel is to stay somewhere else! I'm not one to raise an eyebrow at a little bit of dirt, but when it comes down to other peoples hair and bodily fluids, I draw the line. Nothing about the entire stay was welcoming, helpful, or sanitary. Steer clear of Staybridge Suites!

Everything about my stay was first rate. The front desk staff were quick to take care of my needs. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Augusta.
