We have stayed in the past an it was good but this time around it was the worst stay we had. The shower head shot water up to the ceiling an side walls, all the towels an clothes got wet an had nothing dry to wear. The sink in the restroom was so clogged up we couldn’t brush our teeth, it started bringing up black junk. We had to brush teeth in the kitchen sink. The ac stopped working mid night an the smell of paint was so strong.

FD staff profesional both times I’ve stayed there. Housekeeper tried to come into the room way before check out time. There are no complimentary toiletries such as toothpaste or toothbrush or none for purchase.

Do Not Stay at This Hotel – Fraudulent and Unprofessional

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I arrived at midnight, and the front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite having a reservation for one room for four adults made in advance through IHG, she claimed they had no such room available. Instead, she insisted that I either take two rooms for two adults each or leave. Given the late hour and safety concerns in Austin, I had no choice but to accept the two rooms.
The next day, I spoke with the manager, Nora, who claimed I had two different reservations. Whether she was lying or not, I'm unsure. She promised to investigate why the front desk made that decision. Despite several follow-up calls over the next week, Nora eventually told me that since I used the rooms, there would be no refund.
This is utterly unacceptable! They forced me into a situation where I had no option but to use two rooms and then refused to refund me. This behavior is deceitful and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit customers. I have stayed at many IHG hotels and have never encountered such unprofessionalism and dishonesty.
Avoid this place at all costs. Their staff is rude, their practices are shady, and they seem more interested in squeezing extra money out of their guests than providing decent service. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I won’t be staying here again. Not up to my standards. Maybe someone else’s standards, not mine. Absolutely trashy! It’s been a while since I’ve stayed at a place like this. Remodel going on in lobby. Bfast served in its meeting room. Smells horrible throughout the building. Smell in the room. OLD! Falling apart. Room has ok layout but still trashy feel. Naw, not stay there again. Family of slept comfortably. Bad smell and AC was loud all night. Bfast wasn’t great. Did I say OLD!! Good thing we only needed to stay one night. Great location. Many many another hotels literally walkable. *NO STARS*

The staff was awesome! housekeeping (Cecy, Nancy and Clarissa) made sure I had fresh towels and a clean room, front desk was super helpful and friendly at check in and recognized me as a IHG rewards member, management even checked on me to make sure everything was perfect with my stay. Overall a great hotel experience

Incredible Manager Interaction

Booked this hotel after seeing they have airport shuttle. When I arrived for my stay, was told shuttle service now longer available at this location. Spoke with the manager, Maria, who went above and beyond to ensure an airport transfer was at the front desk at 5:15am the next morning. She went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport safely, and followed up with me later in the day. Unbelievable customer service!!! Thank you again Maria!
