I was so surprised that it felt like home. The kitchen had everything that was needed extra linen and towel were always available. Loved that there were two TV’s. Two beds one was super uncomfortable and made noice. Other one was super comfortable. Breakfast was alright they have two different menus and they alternate. No trays to take food to the room. The only down fall was their was a dried up poop inside the pull out bed it’s was smeared and who knew how long it was their for. I will book again and check pull out bed upon arrival.

My go to hotel for comfort, feel secure, clean friendly and close proximity to alot of places that are basic necessities when you don’t have a vehicle. Two room suite needs a chair for more seating. Great place to stay.

We were in town for a funeral. Needed to book on points due to personal reasons. The hotel had no hot water amongst so many other problems. Front desk and AGM Genesis promised to return points for the inconvenience. Front desk and Genesis kept telling us “hot water will be fixed by this time”. Then when it wasn’t, they would change the projected ETA. No other point stays available in the area or else we would have moved. I have opened 3 support tickets w IHG to get my promised 31k points returned. Hotel is refusing to return them even though they promised us. I am so shocked and disappointed. It does not come out of your paycheck to return points. Absolutely no reason as to why this shouldn’t be resolved. John, however, at front desk, is an absolute sweetheart, and deserves to work at a better hotel.

Checked in Friday they lied the whole time the gentleman David was nice the general manager the copper penny cock eyes one with glasses Jasinia horrible . Came in with football team on Friday stayed till Monday no water they kept saying it’s coming no then they thru out (they really kept ) all my groceries thank you IHG for seeing thru this they gave me 60000 points DNT STAY THERE . On top of them serving raw baking

The air was out. Room was 87 degrees. It was out from the time the we checked in until the time we checked out. However when we tried to get a refund or check out we were told since we used Priceline it wasn’t possible. She told us to open the window but since the window was on the third floor, it only opened two inches for safety reasons. They told Priceline that air was only out for two hours. I tried to talk to the manager but she never called back. They just lied like that, but gave us $30 back… the room was $280. Seems like they could’ve been more helpful.

Great place overall but the breakfast is the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. It gets pretty busy, but the breakfast girl kept it clean and stocked, all while having a smile on her face. Great for big families or people staying for a long time. The rooms are spacious and look like apartments. Will be back for next Spring Training.

Hotel and services were good. Breakfast decent, pool warmed, room large.
Receptionist and Manager were not friendly or professional. After looking up my reservation I was told they had a “glitch” and they gave away my room. Then I was repeatedly told to cancel my reservation and leave. They didnt offer accommodations for my family. I had to advocate for myself to get rooms. Horibble customer service, reception desk doesnt care.
We will not stay there again because of the front desk workers.

4 nights stay. Even after telling the front desk not once did they service the room . Trash never taken no towels

Every morning From 3 am on room above had very heavy feet. I was told to call the front desk and they would call them. I called no one picked up the phone.

I can only assume management are unhappy with my review, as I have tried four times to post it !!!!!!!!!
Have stayed over a period of many years as the location and brand suits our purposes. Unfortunately each visit seems less satisfying than the previous one.
Some of the issues we encountered this time include :-
Arrogant, tall , male check in clerk who was more interested in telling us about a hold on our card than explaining what was happening at the hotel.
Breakfast, male cook more interested in wandering corridor and office than re stocking meal items or wiping tables.
No individual yoghurt pots.
Stale milk served one day with only Oat milk available the next day.
Safety Deposit boxes no longer available at the front desk- necessary for international travellers.
Dirty, torn chairs on outside patio with no loungers available.
Pure stodge at evening social..staff talking between themselves without trying to engage customers.
Dogs allowed in food area
