This place is just wow. No words can describe my time here. Moved to Denver on a very last minute immediate move and soon as I checked in I was greeted with some of the most hospitable, caring group of people. What I was hoping to be just a couple weeks looking to find a new home in Denver turned out to be a month and a half when I tell you I’ve never been so cared for so looked after or taking care of at any other hotel I’ve traveled to which I do travel a lot, this is where I will always come. The staff is immaculate from the housekeepers to the managers. Everyone is so caring and sweet. I’m glad I stayed here because I’ve made new friends and I found comfort within staying in a hotel and I don’t see myself choosing another place , whenever I travel again, the most wonderful staff you can come by mistakes were made along the way, but it was a learning situation for everyone and they always made sure they write their wrongs immediately. I now praise this hotel to everyone I know. The rooms have everything you could ever need and more with a small kitchenette and the most comfiest beds while they provide dove products absolutely 10 out of 10 hotel and the price you cannot beat. Ask about the price match because they 100% stay to their word.

Stayed for 6 nights while attending a conference. Front desk staff, especially Steven were super helpful! Steven went above and beyond what was necessary. I will definitely return to this location on my next trip to Denver.

All the staff was great, and very informative. The room was very clean, and breakfast was great as well.
Enjoyed the hot tub and even the tiny pool

I came to relax at a sister property and even though the pool is not very deep all I wanted was to relax use hot tub which I did and I would stay again! All the staff was so friendly and Daysia went above and beyond! Excellent clean room. The linen seems new and that was so nice! I highly recommend this hotel!

I am a frequent IHG traveler and like the product. This one just does not meet expectations. Requested early check-in as Platinum member and said they would call. I waited until 7:00 pm and then just checked in a second time because they did not call. Needed two beds for two people. Called days before, asked again at first check-in, then finally given a room with a bed and sofa. No sheets or blankets in room for the sofa. Finally just left mid stay for another property. Yes they still charged full rate.

Please heed this warning! We spent 3 nights there in a king suite and we were bitten badly. After the first night I went to the front desk (who couldn't have been more disinterested) who told me she'll talk to the manager. I had to come back a few hours later and initiate the conversation again to see if she told her manager. She goes back and gets him. He also did not seem to be concerned at all and gave us a different room. Fine okay whatever. We continued to itch and find more and more bloodstains on our pillows and clothing.
I contacted corporate and their was response was only, "Did you talk to the manager?" Yes, I did. None of them seem to care that they are allowing their patrons to get bitten.
Now that I'm home, everything has to be blackbagged and taken care of. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere bug free. I included the photos taken right before we were able to switch rooms. We are so itchy.

Upon check-in was told no evening social. They have been canceled since covid. Stated owner doesnt want to spend the money. Web site indicates still available.
Morning breakfast prep was very slow. Meat and pancakes were empty for 5 minutes.
Management knocking on door early in morning checking to see if was in room. The computer showed room empty.
Upon check out was 2 charges on bill. This was reward stay. When questioned they were only holds; however, this was not cause both chargers hit credit card. Used credit card company to reverse.

We went to Denver for an one week trip, I picked the Staybridge downtown to be close to the city attractions, most of them are in a walking distance. During the whole stay we had a feeling that the hotel staff was a kind of annoyed and not really happy to work there. Furthermore I received two parking tickets for parking at the public parking lot as I got told and charged by the Staybridge Hotel.

Several nights of barking dogs. Asked to speak with the manager. After logging a complaint the following week I finally got a call back. They offered to refund my 26,000 points for the night. To date, nothing done.
