My room was infested with fleas. Only response I got from the desk was that they would spray before the next guest. I have left numerous messages for management to contact me but I guess they are just to busy to contact a Gold Level Member. It’s ok - there are other hotels who are more respectful to their guests.

Had a problem with fleas all over the room. Told the front desk and it was blown off. Left a message for the management to contact me and I guess they just couldn’t be bothered.

1rst time I have stayed at this property. Room was overrun with fleas. When I notified the front desk - I was told that they would certainly rectify the problem before the next guest checked in. I asked for management to contact me and 2 weeks later - I have yet to hear from anybody. I won’t be back.

First time I stayed here. There were fleas all over the room. When I let the front desk know - the only response I got was “we will take care of that so it will be clean for the next guest”

The staff went out of their way to make my stay excellent. Anything I needed was taken care of. The breakfast and evening food offerings were both great. Very thoughtful. Facility is clean and well maintained. Good location with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Even a great jogging or cycling trail nearby.

work 10 hrs a day did not have much time to relax .but this is a nice hotel

Good Location. Able to relax. Enjoyed the Manager socials in the evening to help me unwind from a stressful day.

Last stayed here in 2011. Liked my stay then, liked my stay this time. The building, and the suite I got seemed to have been looked after. Would stay again.

Great hotel and fabulous staff!! Breakfast and social are very nice if you don't want to go to eat.
