Stay two night at this staybridge hotel.
I always go out the way to stay at the IHG family hotel
Last weekend was a bad decision
The hotel feel like a play ground kids running around
After 8 hour drive from Atlanta I was looking for a good night sleep
No happen
Kids running and very noise in the hallway all night
Call front desk but nothing happen
I don’t think I will stay at this facility again

From the time we checked In To the time we left we were treated like family! Loved the social hour they had. Food was amazing. Clean rooms and having a full kitchen was even better when you travel as much as we do! Thanks again for the hospitality.

My family stayed in this location for one night. Although the room has a nice set up, it was not very clean. As soon as I walked in the door, there were two roaches running through the room. There was dirt in the corners of the room, as if it had not been vacuumed properly. The staff was very nice however.

Very dirty room. Old coffee left in coffee maker from previous guest in the room. Hair in shower. Dirty inside of refrigerator. Found trash underneath couch, our dog was chewing on an old wrapper. Never have experienced this level of uncleanliness at a hotel. IHG is marketing their own cleanliness but it wasn’t accurate. Very dirty room. Called customer service- was put on hold for a long time.

Room was good - not as clean as normal - but good. Food was excellent - access doors were mostly not operational from access pass so confusing - having a laundry was terrific - pathways to stairs were difficult so had to use the elevator- normally prefer stairs. Staff was good and they were working a holiday so appreciated.
Escape from Ian

We came here from Tampa to escape Hurricane Ian. We had the best stay possible. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
The staff was so amazing and accommodating and worked 12 hour shifts to attend to the full capacity of guests. The managers/front desk staff even helped out at breakfast and socials in the evening.
We would definitely recommend staying here for any kind of visit.

The room had a pet dog smell and I don’t own a pet. It also had makeup powder swept in the corner by the bathroom

Full of construction and trade workers so it it isn’t the cleanest by any means. Trash bags left in hallways for days at a time.

I love this location. All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is one of my favorites in Lakeland.
