Excellent stay and hotel. Room and staff excellent. Breakfast fair. Hot chocolate packets would be nice at the breakfast. Only two minor complaints were during the Hurricane Helene power outage, the stairwell’s emergency lighting was out in a couple areas and stairwell had a pet urine smell. A wish improvement to the hotel would be a covered car drive through area at the front entrance to protect guests and luggage during check in. Got drenched trying to unload the vehicle. Despite that, we recommend this hotel!

Highly impressed! This hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Daria was so helpful and made our stay more pleasant. Rooms are really nice. Breakfast was great and the lady who was working the breakfast on Monday morning was wonderful but I forgot to get her name. Will stay here again! Highly recommend!

The housekeeping service is not good. They are suppose to do a light refresh. They don’t do that on weekends. We were informed after we called. Then during the week they miss things like emptying trash, replacing towels, replacing amenities like dishwasher pods. The ac is not strong. If you stay here during the summer be prepared for sub standard ac. This staybridge suites is not in par with others. Would not stay again. Brought our complaints up to staff and got offered a free drink and snack but no other follow up. The gym equipment wasn’t working. Properly.

Everything was great as usual. I booked this room for my wife and her friend to give them a night out while I stay with our two kids. My only complaint is that the breakfast was lacking. A lot of carbs and no protein options like eggs or sausage, standard options you would expect at a normal breakfast offering.

I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. While I found the property itself to be beautiful, I encountered some issues with the hotel staff that I believe need attention.
During my stay, I was disappointed that the agent did not recognize me as a Diamond elite member and did not inquire about my bonus points or welcome gift. As a result, I am unsure if I received my bonus points. Additionally, despite requesting not to be placed next to a colleague, I was assigned a room next to them, which was not ideal.
Furthermore, I had difficulty negotiating rates with the sales director for a potential long-term stay. I felt that the rates offered were not competitive, especially considering I was considering a stay of up to three months. This led me to explore another Staybridge Suites, where I found a more favorable extended rate.
Lastly, I encountered an unpleasant interaction with a front desk staff member named Josh when I requested for some cleaning supplies. His response was rude, and I felt that the service provided was lacking in professionalism.
I believe that there is room for improvement in the training and customer service provided by the hotel staff. I hope that my feedback can be used constructively to enhance the overall guest experience at your property.

The worst vibes ever. Staff need training how to welcome diamond members and how to communicate with the guest better I did not feel welcome at all.

Location is ideal for getting around in Mount Pleasant/Charlestown area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free laundry was appreciated.

We booked the 2 bedroom unit. Room was fabulous and perfect for our family of 4. The sitting area between the two rooms was great and allowed us parents quiet time in the morning before the children woke. Great location!

Stayed at this hotel for one night on the way to Orlando. The online reviews looked good, but my experience was far from the truth. The rooms were dated, bathrooms were dated, lots of rust spots, hair on floor, and not clean. The worst part is the bathroom wall next to the toilet, which had a brown poop looking smear on the wall! I didn’t make too much fuss since I just needed to spend the night and left early in the morning. Also, people were smoking right outside the back/side entrance, which is not acceptable since I didn’t want second hand smoke. The hotel should accommodate people with a designated smoking area away from the hotel, then again, people in general should be more considerate.

The staff here greet you like you are arriving home. The staff are very attentive. This is the best stay I’ve had in a very long time. I will be back
