Mold on lamp shade and walls and finger nails on the floor

Checked in to my initial room which smelled strong of mildew or mold. I explained this to the front desk and they were kind enough to move me to a different room. The new room still had a slight smell of mold to it but it was less strong. I did, however, find mold spots on the lamp shade by the bed, and someone’s finger/toenails on the floor in the corner, gross!

Front desk for the night attendant had horrible service, was rude and didn’t want to do anything that required him to leave his chair, the room was unclean, I’ve stayed at IHG properties from all over the world and I can recognize the difference when I see it on cleanliness and professionalism, this hotel had neither, for a new hotel it should have rubber marks on the walls, it shouldn’t have boogers next to the bathroom sink where the towel holder is, and the attendant shouldn’t be rude to you when you ask about different things concerning you stay upon arriving
No Pelotons!

We paid extra to upgrade to a room that had the bikes in them because they are advertised as Pelotons- they are actually Life Fitness brand and was unbalanced and wobbly to the floor. They do not even have the Pelotons in the gym area. Very disappointing and total false advertising!! Also, I am a Diamond member but was having breakfast out the next day so didn’t take that as my amenity award but did not realize that you would have to pay for coffee so beware!

Stayed there almost a month and only had my room cleaned a few time and that was after I complained about it.

Uncomfortable Stay

I have stayed at this location multiple times. However this stay the power went out for around 3 and a half hours. It was extremely humid in the rooms and uncomfortable to sleep. I have asthma so this didn’t help I didn’t rest well at all.
This is the third stay we’re the bed sheets seem damp. I don’t know if they are not being dried completely or the humidity is causing it. Either way it’s disgusting and sticky.
Hospitality is tops here!

When you have to be away from home for work it’s always so nice to feel welcomed and taken care of. Danita never misses an opportunity to greet, treat and impress at arrival and throughout a stay. Service is clearly priority at this location. I noticed an assembly issue on a piece of gym equipment. I brought it to William’s attention and it was fixed in no time.
Thanks for a comfortable, safe, and hospitable home away from home.

This is the first time we have stayed at an Even hotel. We didn't no what to expect, it was excellent all the way. Are children and grandchildren live here and we come down about every 4 months. We will be staying here every time. And thanks so much for being pet friendly. Are fur baby comes with us all the time. And this location is only 8mins from our daughters house. I can't remember the very sweet heavy set black womans name but that work the check in, but she is very awesome. CP from Weatherford Texas

We were there for a softball tournament! The staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, beds and pillows were so comfortable we slept so good! I would definitely stay there again!!!
