The hotel is fairly new (about 3 years). It still feels new. Rooms very clean and the staff was very friendly. They even offered to make a new pot of coffee for us in the evening. Great downriver location. I will stay there again when I’m in town.

My accommodations were pre-assigned by my housing company. The hotel was comfortable and exceeded my needs. Staff was friendly and helpful

This was a quick stop from traveling. Location was perfect. Gave the feeling of an oasis off the interstate.

I just want to say that 1, your Hotel was amazing. and the best part was your night time desk attendant Teresa. She was the most pleasant person I have encountered in the way of staff. She in itself will make me come back to your facility. She went above and beyond for me and my guests. I can not rave enough about her. More hotels need employee like her. Thanks again Teresa from room 102 girl.

Everything was PERFECT. The staff made my birthday weekend AMAZING. I felt like a celebrity being greeted by my name the whole weekend and being recognized as an IHG rewards club member.
All of the staff from the GM to the front desk staff, to the breakfast attendant, were all amazing and friendly. Very accomodating and willing to help at any moment. Can’t wait to stay again. The firepit is so BeautyFull!!
