Stayed here overnight in August 2023 with my family. Very dirty and very very sketchy place. Air conditioning unit was not working so that was vented outside with towel stuffed in the window. The ceiling had water damage and the bathroom was not clean. This place was disgusting. There were a lot of “interesting people“ staying at this establishment. The check-in area smelled like pot And the front desk person didn’t seem to know a clue what he was doing. There are electronic doors that open to your section of the hotel, which were not functioning properly so they stayed open for anyone to access including various wildlife. This place needs to be condemned
HELP to get my deposit back

I stayed at this hotel and used my points. The hotel charged my credit card for a deposit. They have charged my credit card but still have not reimbursed me. Monica did contact me and stated the hotel was going to reimburse me but still has not happened.
Staff refuse to respond to issues

April 7-9,2024 I stayed at this hotel with points. When I checked out they charged me 70.50. I contacted the front desk to get a bill to verify the charge and staff said they would send the bill. I have not received the bill and no one at the hotel has returned my call. I have been going back and forth since April and no one has called me to explain the charge. Warning be sure to get your bill straight before you leave the hotel.
Billed for a points stay.

I stayed at the hotel on April 7-9,2024 with points. The hotel charged me 70.50 five times. I would like to know why I was charged. I have called this hotel and asked to speak to management. I have been transferred to management and their mail box is full. I have called back to the hotel and left a message with my phone number to please call me back. There has not been any response from the hotel since April. Please help me resolve this issue.

This is not what ive come to expect when I stay at Staybridge. The property is an old apartment complex that was converted to a staybridge. Kitchenettes squeezed into living rooms, weird bathroom layouts. All which would be fine, but my room was filthy. Carpet hadnt been vacuumed, floors were sticky, the whole place smelled bad, and just generally run down and dingy. There was a portable air conditioning (not a window shaker) unit in the living room vented out the window. This was a 1st floor room and definitely wouldnt be hard to break in if one was so inclined. The staff wasn’t remotely friendly or hospitable. There is a very nice staybridge about 10 minutes away that is the best one ive ever stayed at. If youre going to this area definitely stay at that one. I travel for work and always prefer Staybridges, but i couldnt be more disappointed with my experience at this location.
Cold showers for 8 nights

Not impressed. To keep it short, the water in my room never got hot, or even warm, so I took a cold shower 7/8 days I stayed here. The 1 day my shower got barely warm, it would go luke warm for about 10 sec, then cold for 10, then luke warm for 10, then cold again for 10 over and over. I also tried taking showers at all times of the day to see if that would help. I addressed this with the front desk and the shorter, heavier girl with dark hair basically told me too bad and to just live with it. The other taller, skinnier girl with lighter hair was willing to try and help. So she sent a man who spoke no English to my room to fix it. He came in, turned the "hot" water on and felt it, then walked out without a word. I hollered at him down the hallway to ask what the plan was and he just said "yes". Still no hot water, and no real concern and effort. My room keys stopped working and the front desk (another shorter, heavier, dark hair girl) just acted annoyed at me because I couldn't get into my room (as she was on her personal cell phone chatting with a friend). The first night, none of the buildings doors key accesses worked, and no one could get in to their buildings. There was a large amount of pretty gross long dog hair all throughout my room. I could tell the silverware had not been washed from the last guest. And there were just a handful of other things during my 8 night stay. The positive: the large pillows and the large TV's. Conclusion: I won't ever stay here again. If I were IHG I wouldn't want this place associated with my name.

If you plan to stay here I would avoid this hotel and pick another. I travel for work and have stayed here multiple weeks and the hot water used to be hit or miss but lately it has been ice cold for the past few days! If they got the hot water issue under control I would recommend this hotel.

I stay at IHG hotels throughout the US. So far this one has not been up to par with others. No functioning hot water, stained couch, flooring uneven between carpet and wood floors, highway noise due to no double pain windows.
Some reward points and a few complementary nights at any IHG facility would be appreciated.
I was at this location 4 nights…

Place was not clean, not well organized and overall would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor experience. Checked out two days early to go somewhere else.

Room was very spacious, nice kitchen, comfy beds. Breakfast was less than desirable. Very dirty tables and food area. Had to wait for food, there were no utensils or condiments, so my daughter found them and put them out. Only one staff member was working in the kitchen area. Not sure if someone called off but she could clearly not handle restocking and cleaning up the breakfast area. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

The lady at the front desk was nice, that was about it tho, we walked to our room which is in a different building then when you check in, Hotel looks nothing like the photos they show. I had two rooms which one the wood flooring was just sitting on the floor not in place, very dirty stained sheets, one room had blood on the sheets and the smell was disgusting. The grounds stunk and there was dog poop everywhere. We walked back out and went to the front desk which proceeded to tell me that they don’t check the rooms before check in, she was unaware of how bad it was. As a platinum elite member, this hotel was a disgrace. We went to a different IHG location.
