As expected, we had a great stayed at this hotel. The staff and good service is amazing. We met friendly people on this trip, Jerry (chef) very helpful and attentive on the quality of food being serve during breakfast. Daniel and Alex making sure we get our coffee and juices right away. Juli (chef) superb with her desserts. Lastly, Henry always ready to help us as we arrived and leave the hotel. Keep up the great job. Simply the best hotel! ❤️

This Hotel is simply the best in Beijing the reason why my husband and I always come back. The customer service is superb. The location is perfect. Centrally situated where the restaurants and shopping mall.

I’ve stayed at this property for two nights, the location is good and room is modern and clean. Comfortable stay. Tried breakfast at the hotel, charged $40 for breakfast without a la carte option and offer mediocre 4 star hotel food, provided this feedback during checkout when asked anything not good, don’t think they cares about this. For $40 breakfast, they really should think about improve the breakfast quality if they market themselves as luxury flagship IC hotel. Also no swimming pool available at this property.

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Excellent staff who went beyond expectations to make our stay memorable. Fantastic buffet restaurant for breakfast. Special mention to Ms.L.Xu at reception who welcomed us when we arrived and helped us throughout our stay, very professional, courteous and friendly. This is the hotel to stay at in Beijing.

Been staying in this Intercon for the last few years since it opened. Always good vibe and good staff members. This past months Katherine Wang really took care of us with various heart warming gestures and always there to help. Therefore we made the corporate appointment to have more of our colleagues staying here and yeah, perfect place to call second home in Beijing.

The worst Intercontinental Hotel Property

Inefficient and unprofessional staff. Was supposed to stay for a long stay (6+ months) but decided to check out "days" after checking in. I would never recommend this property to anyone. I am a Diamond member for many years and always felt appreciated, but with this property it is the total opposite.
