We recently had the pleasure of staying here on a leisure trip whereas my husband was capturing pictures during our 2 week stay in Bangladesh. I am compelled to share my outstanding experience with the hotel's impeccable service. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until the time of our departure, every interaction with the staff left a lasting impression of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.

First and foremost, the front desk team (Roy) set the tone for our entire stay with their welcoming demeanor and efficiency. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a genuine smile and a personalized welcome that made us feel like a valued guest from the outset. Throughout our stay, they were always available to assist with any inquiries, whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any concerns we had. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly elevated our experience

Furthermore, we had the pleasure of indulging in the hotel's spa facilities, where the spa team delivered a truly rejuvenating experience. From the moment I entered the serene sanctuary of the spa, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. The spa therapists exhibited a high level of skill and professionalism, ensuring that every treatment was tailored to my preferences and delivered with precision. Their attentiveness to my comfort and well-being made us feel utterly pampered and renewed, and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated both physically and mentally. I must also note - it was probably one of the best massages I have ever received.

In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the front desk, concierge, and spa team. Their dedication to exceeding guest expectations and creating memorable experiences sets a new standard for hospitality excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious retreat with unparalleled service.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience.
During my stay at your hotel, I encountered Mosquito problem in my room, due to this i got rashes in my skin.
This issue greatly affected my ability to enjoy my stay, and I believe it falls well below the standards expected of a hotel of your caliber.
These issues not only impacted my stay, but also caused me significant stress and frustration.
In addition to the condition of the room, we were also disappointed with the amenities provided in the bathroom.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the resolution provided by the hotel staff.
As a paying customer, and I feel that the issue I faced was not handled appropriately.

I am going to take this matter to Intercontinental Global level and Social media.

One of the best hotels in the Country

It’s a nice IC hotel with a history. Perhaps the best hotel in Bangladesh. The staff is friendly and efficient. Beautiful pool. But food choice and staff in the Club Lounge leaves much to be desired - this does not correspond to the general level of the hotel.
p.s. the hotel’s currency rate of exchange is a daylight robbery (when you are booking you see the price in USD but then have to pay in local currency) but thanks to the front desk manager Mr. Gain it was adjusted for me to the sensible level.
