Everything and everyone was truly amazing. The staff would have received a 5 rating except for a conversation I had over the phone with a front desk representative who handled a situation unprofessionally. She was very polite tho! She just needs a little more training!

Historic Charm with Unbeatable Location & Views
Our family had a fantastic two-night stay at the InterContinental The Willard Washington, D.C. in a One-Bedroom Corner Suite with a breathtaking view of the Washington Monument. The prime location made it easy to explore the city, and the view from our suite was truly unforgettable—especially the incredible moment when we watched Marine One land at the White House right from our living room!
The hotel’s historic charm, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our stay even more special. The staff was attentive and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of D.C. with stunning views and top-notch service, The Willard is an excellent choice. Only we had a small uncomfortable experience at the bar without staff help or attendance but except that everything was great

The Willard is absolutely beautiful and centrally located. It has amazing restaurants nearby too. The Round Robin is a must and the Cafe du Parc is a great spot for coffee and a treat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and bed are comfortable. I was amazed how quiet it was at night being in the middle of the city. Loved the hotel and will definitely be back.

There was one hotel that stood out for celebrating my birthday, and the Willard was it. My wife and I appreciate the attentive staff and the outstanding customer service provided. Here they constantly exceed our expectations . They say "a picture is worth a thousand words, I would like to share a few with you. This is a stunning suite. Extra spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. We can not express our gratitude enough. It truly feels like returning home.
The Willard alleviates the stress associated with vacations. Oh, did I mention location? The hotel is conveniently situated near all the museums, dining options, memorials, and the cherry blossoms! I highly recommended booking here!
I would also like to thank you for the large bottled waters, personalized card, and the delicious birthday cake.

Stopped for a night as the halfway point of a long drive. The hotel is stunning and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The staff at the Round Robin are very inviting and kept things moving well in a packed house. The only downfall was that our truck was too big for the parking garage, but we secured a spot on the street, directly across from the front door.

This is the best hotel in Washington DC, great location exceptional staff. The restaurant and the Round Robin Bar both offer outstanding service and provide quality food and drinks.
