Royal Farms Arena, located just a block away from our hotel – enlivens downtown Baltimore with live performances by talents ranging from mega-pop stars and big-name comedians to kid-friendly troupes.

Get your marine fix at the National Aquarium, a stunning display of some 20,000 animals, and take in informative demos, feedings, and 4-D films.

If baseball is your thing, load up on peanuts and Cracker Jacks, and head to the adjacent Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The also stadium sits a mere two blocks from the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum which provides a look at photographs, paintings, and memorabilia associated with the baseball legend himself.

For adrenaline-infused fun, head to M&T Bank Stadium, also known as "Ravens Stadium" and home of the 2013 Super Bowl champions – the Baltimore Ravens.
