While the training in the learning hub isn’t currently required to maintain your access to the IHG Agent Portal, it offers a wealth of knowledge to help you navigate all things IHG, and will increase your credibility with your clients.

Your agency may require you to take some or all of the training provided here.

Courses are designed to be completed at your own pace but typically take 15 minutes per module.

Understanding IHG’s portfolio and the key differentiators between our brands will help you match clients with the right property, resulting in higher satisfaction and repeat bookings. The training lets you learn at your own pace, to fit your schedule.
