Fort Johnson is home of the Joint Readiness Training Center, situated in Vernon Parish, Louisiana, about 10 miles Southeast of Leesville and 30 miles north of DeRidder in Beauregard Parish.
Our hotel is located near many post facilities, such as the Post Exchange and the Commissary. The Warrior Hills Golf Course is across the street from us. Guests can head to the Strike Zone Bowling Center for cosmic bowl, learn about the local history at the Museum of West Louisiana or check out the artwork at Gallery One Eleven in downtown Leesville.

Take US-171 to Entrance Road and continue onto Louisiana Ave as it leads you to Main Gate at the third trafic light take a right into Utah Avenue. This is Magnolia House, Bldg 522, where reception and breakfast is located. Our Cypress buildings, Bldg. 331 and 332, are located 1 mile away from main building on Warrior Trail. These buildings will be next to Headquarters, bldg.350.

Former Kansas City Southern Railway Depot, built in 1917, now the Museum of West Louisiana offers visitors a chance to learn about the area. The museum boasts various displays and artifacts, as well as a Shotgun House and Pioneer Style Barn. And if you're visiting between December-July, you absolutely need to experience eating your first Louisiana Crawfish! Ask our staff for recommendations.
