The Maple Kitchen
At The Maple Kitchen, we do our best to give you a taste of Vermont with every bite and sip. With berries picked down the road, meats and cheeses procured from Green Mountain Smokehouse, spirits made from local distillers and more, we're deeply connected and dependent upon our local communities. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
